Ordered the new everything croissants, asked what to add to them, asked for options, got no response. Refused to give us the second croissant, and later when I was eating mine, I found hair in the croissant. The workers acted clueless about us ordering 2 croissants but we ordered 2 of those and 2 starry eyed drinks together.

I would go through many time a week for a coffee and get my dog some bacon and the staff which everyone is wonderful would always interact with him he would bark good bye and for years we been doing this. He recently passed and the staff was heartbroken the one young man working in there bought my order today as a gift to me for my loss. I already appreciated all the workers there but this act of kindness is just amazing. Whoever raised that young man did a great job. The kindness of people at this place is unmatched. Thanks again you did bless my day.

Had doughnut holes that were old stale and un edible. They were so bad I almost took them back for a refund but I didn’t. So we ate at Taco Bell. I will never stop her again. The coffee was good but we were hungry.

I stop here a few times a week otw to work. The staff is always super friendly and polite. My coffee is always consistent with taste,unlike other places.
UPDATE 2/8/25: Gave them another shot. They got the drink right this time but the TH website and past experience says there's supposed to be 2 eggs on the breakfast sandwiches. This location now only gives one. I guess it's worth the drive to go to the other location.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Normally great experience but only for 2/3 of a drink this last time.

This Tim Hortons only has a drive thru and walk up window. In case you were looking for a place to go in and sit down. When going thru the drive thru we could see in the counter about 15 doughnuts sitting on the counter, uncovered, nothing to keep fresh it free of flying insects. We got the apple Carmel coffee, one hot one child and neither tasted like it had Carmel in them. We ordered a muffin but they were out, which was ok after we saw good sitting out in the open. Tim Hortons has definitely went down hill.

I've always LOVED me some Tim's! Tim Hortons have always been a part of my life ever since I could ever remember! I choose Tim Hortons over Starbucks any day, any time of the day, period! I have lived in very many different places, & have been to many different Tim Hortons all over Ohio. Some were better than others.. But this Tim Hortons in particular has NEVER failed me! My orders are always correct, they are always very quick, very friendly, & ect! They definitely have my 5 stars! ??????
