I had an emergency and had to feed my kids in a hurry so I ordered delivery which they offer through the Wendy's app. Wendy's subcontracted the delivery out to doordash and the Dasher forgot a bag. I talked to the store and they can't do anything about the food they confirmed they made and confirmed a Dasher missed. No refund, not even able to just pick up the rest of my food. I was forced to call doordash and talk to them and will be receiving my refund in 2-4 weeks and now I have to order the food again for my daughter to eat because 1 bag contained her entire meal and my wife's sandwich for some reason. This was more difficult than if I had actually just went grocery shopping and made the dinner myself. Normally I love this place and Ive never had an issue with messed up orders before but whoever I spoke to today was unpleasant and didn't care.

They are constantly “forgetting “ food or sauce or straws for drinks and they are not very happy to help or greeting and they are so impatient while ordering and constantly interrupting to ask if there is anything else , my friend also went here and found a roach in their food , i don’t recommend this store I’d recommend the one in Millersburg or on main street in Mount Vernon

Fred and Jacob are honestly the workers I’ve seen. Super friendly, understanding and absolutely great service. Never met a pair of guys who work so well and seemingly enjoy their job this much. They make the most out of the little things! Highly recommend this location just for them

They're always really kind, their line moves fast and all that...but whoever puts the food together? Oi. When I worked fast food they would say of course, "if you wouldn't feed this to your own children, don't serve sub par to our patrons...." and its been in my head for 20yrs lol I always get a cheddar bacon potato and a Jr. bacon cheeseburger......I swear to god, those 2 things will have a total of 3pc of raw bacon and come to like $7. We moved here from Martinsburg Rd so maybe they just have better food prep???? I dunno but it's a lil annoying lol but because it's good!!! Just make it good!!! Lol
