First I'll say I have nothing against fast food. We made a decision to cook most all of our own food... But sometimes you just want a spicy chicken sandwich. The cost wasn't bad, the service was great and the sandwich hit the spot. It isn't dripping in sauce the spice is in there part on coating so this was really nice and not a mess to eat. Nice sandwich Wendy's.

On Friday 2-1-2024 Approx between 2pm-230pm.To be honest let's be clear, Lets be clear as well 99% of the time I DO NOT eat fast food for various reasons. I dont care if it was given to me for FREE. I opt to eat at home. However, my mother with health issues needed something to eat as she is supposed to eat every few hours. So I stopped at Wendys on Conshocton Ave in Mt.Vernon. She asked if we could go. I said sure. We walked into the building as we were slowly approaching the counter to order because we was literally the only ones I saw in the building yet I couldnt believe my as I was watching and observing just as I do any other business. There was an individual at the window whos order they were working on who had ordered a loaded baked potatoe. I could not believe a young high school age girl dark hair literally was putting on the cheddar cheese with her Bare hands. I just thought to myself how ignorant not only of the nonsense teenagers and the grown older manager standing behind her finishing the order. I pray that the Knox County Public Health Department does a pop-up survey. I still think about it and just hope noone got sick from eating their food. I get gloves make your hands hot and sweaty etc. Get over it! Do your job. People are paying your wage. I absolutely do plan on writing to the health dept.

Seasoned Potatoes get 5 stars, Sausage Biscuit gets 4 star Biscuit was hard most likely from setting to long. Biscuits and gravy gets a 3 star. Biscuits sitting to long and the sausage big chunks from a sausage patty. Would not get again. Dave would be turning in his grave.

The Wendy's brand could be summed up as being as globally devastating as slavery in the 1800s, Their "fresh" frozen burgers leave much to be desired, such as the will to live after eating it.The employees act almost identical to homeless people who sleep in their own shit. The restaurants decor looked like the inside of hitlers ballsack... a lot of extra room. Overall this restaurant chain is more or less the equivalent of the Cuban middle crisis... frosties are pretty good though

My granddaughter's salad had a hair in it. The manager took it back and made us a fresh one . I was pleased at the fact that he took it back, let alone the fact that he made us a new one. Hats off to the employees at store #00000181!
