We had a good experience a few months back but this time around we had horrible customer service from the dark haired girl with glasses. Was rude to me and the next 3 people that walked out the store. She could definitely use some training.

I don’t know who the brown hair girl is but every time I come in she’s cocky as hell towards my Fiancé. She’s in a rush always rushing and then wants a tip, yesterday I went to get ice cream for my mom and my fiancé there was a blonde who helped and was very patient with me (got a tip) there was another girl on the ice cream maker on her phone(Like there wasn’t stuff to clean up) and the brown hair girl gave my fiancé dirty looks and acted snotty. I’m autistic and it takes time for me to respond especially if I’ve never been there and she kept rushing me like slow tf down bro.
Control your workers ice cream ain’t that banger to keep dealing with her. Because I can find cheaper and better ice cream elsewhere.

On Sunday 9/10 we visited your store. Our first experience at Mt Vernon. Only one worker!!!! This woman could have been slow, grumpy, frustrated or even left. She didn’t! Very order was taken with a smile and made as efficiently as possible. Out the door lines! Simply amazing! I hope her efforts did not go unnoticed!
