Ordered the grinch meal didn’t even get the grinch box or the grinch salt. The box on the nuggets was open and the fries were dumped all over the bag and the sweet and sour sauce was open and got all over everything.

Usually don’t have anything negative to say, but tonight drive thru experience was awful. Lady taking orders seemed annoyed when I corrected my order in the screen. She then asked me to pull around without the total (fine). Usually they tell you your total when you pull around before paying. Nope. Just asked for my card. Seemed annoyed when I asked the total. Never made eye contact or said thank you. Went out of my way to say thank you each time she said something. Nothing. I know people have a bad day, but I got the vibe she didn’t give a rip. Food was gross. Chicken sandwich tasted old and crusty. The fries tasted old and reheated. All of the fries were partially filled.

90% of the time it's super fresh and actually tastes good unlike the one on Graham road where it tastes like they clean their grill once a shift. Friendly staff, and very fast. This is the only mcdonalds I go to anymore.

I work long shifts at the hospital and usually get off late at night. I stop by here pretty much every night after work, and every single time it’s some annnoying experience. There’s always one short worker who looks strung out on drugs, just standing by the drive-thru window on her phone, not doing a thing. I don’t know if that’s why my food takes forever, but the wait is insane. And then when I finally pull off, I’ll sometimes see her outside smoking god knows what. It’s honestly ridiculous at this point.

This is a really great place! My food is always made quickly and accurately, and the employees are not only courteous, but frequently go the extra mile! One in particular named Lindzie S. stands out among them. She always greets me with a smile when she sees my family and I, and takes care to make sure our order, and every other person I've seen her interact with, is made right! She makes us feel welcomed and appreciated! I highly recommend it here!

Half full sundaes and frappes, didn't know they hired toddlers who lacked basic etiquette. They even pull you forward and forgot you’re even there lol and let your frappe melt. Real decent people here.
