I just ordered a large sausage an a Pepsi to my moms house for her the pizza looked like someone played frisbee with it and it wasn’t fresh at all I called about it and told them what my issue was they placed me on old to “see what they can do” left me on hold for 15mins I called back same guy answered I can tell by his voice I told him what I called for and how I was placed on hold and never returned my call he placed me on without announcing that he was left me on hold for another 8mins so I hung up very unprofessional and rude rather gaf or not I won’t be buying there anymore

This place is always screwing up orders. Their orders are never done right -- and tonight, for no reason, my delivery order was cancelled with no notification. My family and I have been waiting for almost two hours -- and when I checked, our payment was refunded without notifying us that the food was not on the way.It's time for corporate to take this place over and deliver real service for our city. Otherwise, shut down and let someplace else take over.

I ordered the Big New Yorker. What I got was what looked and tasted like an old thin crust pizza with hardly any cheese on it. It was a horrible waste of money.

Food is consistently ok, service is often terrible. Today is was extra terrible, I ordered my pizza 45 minutes ago. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, I arrived at the appropriate time and paid and have sat in my car for close to a half hour. I still haven’t gotten my food. Never got my pizza, got a refund after an hour. Waste of time.
Food came fast and when it arrived was still hot and very tasty and the delivery person was nice and friendly.

The food is exactly what you always get from pizza hut but the service is so slow. I order directly from them for pickup and end up waiting in the parking lot an extra 10 to 15 mins every time. For a company that big you would think they would be able to estimate how long it takes to make a pizza this late in the game.
