I couldn’t get my food even after they charged my card but I showed them the receipt and everything and still said it did not appear on their computer and also the lady over there gave me a wrong number to call , so in all , it was a really bad service and experience. The app wanted me to choose a star before I could post but it’s not worth even a 1 star !!

This is the worst subway! They careless about the customer! They don’t accept the coupons for subway because they don’t know how to use them! Don’t patronize any of the subways that J&K owns! I was reading the other reviews and they are all bad. Don’t know how they stay in business!

Going here is a strange experience. You enter thinking it would be like any other Subway you've been to...With one big exception...this location sucks, completely. To be fair, I gave it a few opportunities. On one occasion they closed early, so I wasn't able to get any food. On several other occasions they were out of items of food and/or bread. Today I looked for my reflection in the window, because I wasn't sure whether or not I was invisible based on the employees sense of urgency. It's also like everything is occurring in slow motion inside. Slow. Awkward. Unfulfilling

We ordered food on 2/15/25 in the early evening. The guy that was making the orders was very nice and working very hard. The lady in the back did not come out to help even though the line was very long. She did however yell at the guy and all of the customers that it was her day off (very uncomfortable). She was very unprofessional and was meanly harassing the guy making everyone's order after she refused to help him. We will not be back because watching someone belittle a new employee in front of customers is awful to watch and I cannot stand for that unkind treatment of others.

The worker was rude when I went back in to get my food she forgot to put in the bag for a mobile order. I showed her my order on the app, and she still tried to tell me I never ordered it. Not to mention, the last time she was working when I ordered, she gave me the wrong sub. I used to order from here all the time, but after this experience, I will never order here again!
