This is the worst subway! They careless about the customer! They don’t accept the coupons for subway because they don’t know how to use them! Don’t patronize any of the subways that J&K owns! I was reading the other reviews and they are all bad. Don’t know how they stay in business!

Going here is a strange experience. You enter thinking it would be like any other Subway you've been to...With one big exception...this location sucks, completely. To be fair, I gave it a few opportunities. On one occasion they closed early, so I wasn't able to get any food. On several other occasions they were out of items of food and/or bread. Today I looked for my reflection in the window, because I wasn't sure whether or not I was invisible based on the employees sense of urgency. It's also like everything is occurring in slow motion inside. Slow. Awkward. Unfulfilling

We ordered food on 2/15/25 in the early evening. The guy that was making the orders was very nice and working very hard. The lady in the back did not come out to help even though the line was very long. She did however yell at the guy and all of the customers that it was her day off (very uncomfortable). She was very unprofessional and was meanly harassing the guy making everyone's order after she refused to help him. We will not be back because watching someone belittle a new employee in front of customers is awful to watch and I cannot stand for that unkind treatment of others.

The worker was rude when I went back in to get my food she forgot to put in the bag for a mobile order. I showed her my order on the app, and she still tried to tell me I never ordered it. Not to mention, the last time she was working when I ordered, she gave me the wrong sub. I used to order from here all the time, but after this experience, I will never order here again!

I’ve tried three different days and three different times to come here to get food and it’s closed an hour-hour half before the sign says and the website says they close. This is ridiculous.

This place would be better off just being shut down. Poor communication and service. Wouldn’t ever go back. Employees working here will likely work at places like this and gas stations all their lives with their incompetence.

Same old subway. Fast food for fast eaters and fast money. Nothing special. Mostly low grade dog food on bread.
I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but this location continues to drop the ball. When online ordering they do not follow instructions and don't even package the complete order.
The last time through there were two employees chatting and laughing at the register while one trainee was completing the order that was 15 minutes past the ready time. To top it off it was still missing items! Just complete negligence, won't be returning to this location..

Have always enjoyed coming into this Subway, but for whatever reason, they won't accept ALL coupons now (only some). They say the system won't accept them. And the staff don't know how to do manual entry of coupons. Multiple times I've gone in with a coupon for Buy 2 Subs for the Price of 1, but the coupon mysteriously won't work and I pay full price. It doesn't appear that the owner reads or responds to these reviews, so it's falling on deaf ears. But beware and don't expect all of your coupons to work.
