I absolutely love our Napoleon BIGGBY!!! I’m a religious customer lol best go to before I go to work in the morning at the hospital, and mom of 5. The employees are the most friendliest, sweetest and make the best drinks !! How they are with their customers creates a positive routine to come to and how amazing their drinks taste throughout the day means they care about their customers 24/7. The lady I love is no longer there. I came in on Wednesday, I believe they said her name was Casey. She was absolutely amazing. Got my drink order correct and never made me feel like it was a burden to customize my drink. And even explained to me why I should say it a certain way so it was made to my exact liking. Hopefully she comes back. Or if she was transferred, let me know where so I can follow. Thank you Casey for the absolute best service I ever have gotten there!!

The coffee is great but this biggby has no where to sit and the customer service at this particular location has not been good the 2 times I've tried it. The one in bowling green is really great though!
