I absolutely love our Napoleon BIGGBY!!! I’m a religious customer lol best go to before I go to work in the morning at the hospital, and mom of 5. The employees are the most friendliest, sweetest and make the best drinks !! How they are with their customers creates a positive routine to come to and how amazing their drinks taste throughout the day means they care about their customers 24/7. The coffee is great but this biggby has no where to sit and the customer service at this particular location has not been good the 2 times I've tried it. The one in bowling green is really great though!
I would’ve given 5 stars but unfortunately every morning I stop and order coffee and bagels and the bagels end up being completely different than what I order especially if they’re busy and
