We went to Napoleon BK for a fast dinner. The drive through was 6 deep, so my wife went inside to place our order. After waiting about 8 minutes our food came out. She jumped back in the truck and we went home. She ordered 2 Whopper meals. Not that tough, or so I would think. We got home didn't get Whoppers my burger was burnt to the point it broke when I bit into it. No Kinding broke. Not even close to a Whopper. No lettuce or tomato, no sesame seed bun. The fries were hot and very salty. Pop was cold. Wife had lettuce and tomato on her sandwich, but it was not a Whopper.

I am deaf so I rely heavily on mobile orders. For the past week the app will let me select this location and pick my food but when I go to check out and pay the app says this location is closed when it's not. FIX YOUR APP! I'll change my review once the app is FIXED!

Forget food you order then gives you wrong food when you return for the food they forgot. Smh 1st worst dining experience of Napoleon!!
This is the best burger king I have ever been too, my food was fast it was made correctly, and the staff always has the place looking good, crowns everywhere for people to take, always clean, and everyone is super friendly, not to mention they siad I RULE!!!

Pretty busy but manager corrected someone from giving a bad item out. Told the person he was waiting for fresh and to throw out other item. I'll always wait for fresh
