You’d think a place like campbells would be more organized. I told I had a drop and hook and my load wasn’t ready yet so to come back and pick up my preloaded at 4am. I was never given the option to live load when I was first arrived here. I came back after my 10 hour and they told me my trailer still wasn’t ready and that I can either wait or get live loaded. Why not give me that option from the beginning?

Not what I expected from reading other reviews... I showed up a little before 8am for a 10am live load appointment. Got in line with a couple trucks, put on my safety vest slid my tandems, A guy came and looked in my trailer and sent me inside the guard shack. Filled out the form and was given a door immediately. A little after 9am and I'm loaded and headed back to guard shack. Great job folks

Almost everyone is pleasant and nice. Except the one receiving girl that talks to people like absolute trash. She needs an attitude adjustment and a course in how to treat others..

Reefer trailer drivers be warned. I was told you must have 3/4 fuel in the trailer tank to check in. It doesn't matter that you're pulling a dry load. Pretty sure there's a miss communication somewhere ?

Bad management & communication. Union sucks! Don't work here cause they just screw u around, no care about employees at all. Get their products out is all they care about & will work u to death to do it!
