Hate to be negative about the store. Food is good and comes to the door hot. Unfortunately they have messed up our order the last 2 times by either totally wrong pizza or missing items. Although they did make it right.

Thought I would try their Italian sub and also got the jalapeno bacon bread. The sub had no dressing and had none on the side. Never had a sub Italian sandwich without dressing. The jalapeno bacon bread was awesome though
Dominos is literally the ONLY restaurant in Napoleon that has NEVER left out something I ordered when they bring me my food. You doordash from somewhere else and something is bound to be missing especially Wendy's and Taco Bell. Pizza Hut often forgets to send drinks or sauces or both. Dominos though, has never let us down. Excellent service always quick and accurate and quality. Everything is ALWAYS there. We're lucky to have such a great team at Dominos. Great manager and great staff all around. Forever grateful for the nights they fed my family when I didn't feel like cooking after work! 🤍

Ordered a pizza at 1145, waited till 1207 to call and ask what the hold up was, their answer. We only have 1 driver so it takes longer after hours, we also had multiple orders come in right at almost close ... Ok so maybe that's an indication that you should hire another driver or maybe crew an extra driver on late nights... Wow look at that problem fixed...

Bought like 10 pizzas from here for my daughter's 10th birthday party. It was way too expensive for one I think my husband messed up and didn't apply coupons or something because no way we should have paid $140 bucks for 10 pizzas right? One topping? And 3 of those were plain ass cheese. We did get 2 cheese breads. But for real? $140? Which whatever that could have been his mistake but what was so so so bad and definitely not my husband's fault was the absolutely disgusting pizza. At a party of 50 guests not one person liked this pizza. It was absolute trash and thankfully we're re a fun group of weirdos so it didn't totally ruin the party but it did suck having nothing to eat but cake. I can't even explain how gross this pizza was. Just ass. It was the absolute worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. And out of 50 people not one approved ya'll. There was a lot of kids here too and kids are nasty and THEY DIDN'T EVEN EAT IT!
