I went through the drive-through on June 1, 2025, and I ordered two Brown sugar shaken espresso drinks, and for the third time in a row, I did not receive the brown sugar syrup in the drinks. They do not give less ice or add enough oat milk no matter how I phrase it. They leave more than an inch of room at the the top of the drink and do not fill it with oat milk unless I hand it back to them and ask specifically. This is a standard advertised drink, how can the main ingredient such as the flavor be left out? The girls have gradually adopted a less than friendly attitude, and as that has happened, the quality of my drinks has gone down. I am more than friendly as a person who also works in customer service- I know it’s rough out there, but the employees are simply rude. I will no longer go to this Dunkin’s which is unfortunate as they are the closest one to where I live. Small businesses do it better.

I went through the drive thru on May 25th, 2025 and ordered three matches. One with oatmilk and two with almond milk. When we ordered the girl in the speaker had an attitude for not hearing us. When we went up to pick up our drinks the girl with red hair was rude and dismissive when we asked about Dunkin’ rewards. Then I got one with regular milk which I could not drink and all of the matchas were not mixed properly with there being large matcha powder chunks at the bottom of all of our drinks. I went inside to explain that it was supposed to be almond milk and the red haired girl proceeded to be rude while having me pay for a new drink since the label said regular milk. Then the girl that was brunette with a bow tattoo on the back of her ear, that made my drink left my drink in the counter without saying anything. I thanked them and was completely ignored. If you can’t have young ladies run the establishment correctly then there should be a supervisor in sight. Terrible service and drinks were made poorly. Would not go back to this one again. (In the photos this is after stirring multiple times)
