This was our second time in this diner. The waitress has the mentality that everyone is wrong but her. Owner or not, rudeness is unbecoming in customer service on all levels. Be better.

Argued with my husband about charging $6+ for 4 eggs when she herself said each egg is $1.19, and forced toast on our table. She found someone who wouldnt back down and acted like it was an insult. The list of 'rules' are unbecoming. Sat there reading the reviews for the place and how server has embarrassed people for what she views as improper behavior.

How are you not embarrassed with the way your server acts towards people? Read your reviews and fix yourself.

Was there last night with my daughter and special needs grandson. Didn't see a sign that they weren't kid friendly. If we would've known. We wouldn't have gone there. The server who is the owner's wife. Wasn't that good and she was rude. When we walked in she yelled at us about. Not closing the door right. She never came and checked on us either. Sine they're not kid friendly. I won't be going back. I've been going there on and off for years. They've gotten worse. Its also the only public restaurant who has rules. Didn't even see a sign with the rules. Its sad because Napoleon doesn't have a regular menu sit down restaurant. Besides this 1.

Friendly staff, fast service, and the restaurant is clean. Went there for their prime rib on Friday night and Guy and Kim does not disappoint. The food is very good. We will continue to come here.

The boasted chicken was delicious. Had to go through the drive through as the inside was closed at the time.

The food and atmosphere is great! The service is just ok due to the waitress is pretty rude and overall not very nice. But they are on point with home cooked food.
