Wow! A pizza place in THE USA that doesnt have a main menu in English! Saw that the tiny menu they offered me in English. Asked why they only had it in Spanish. They had no clue. NO THANKYOU! Authentic Italian right what a joke!

I've ordered from Marcos for as long as I can remember, until recently it's always been great. I try not to complain much when things are slow because I understand with places like a pizza shop it is hard to find long-term employment and they are often new employees working. But managers are a different story
For the first time since I've lived in Napoleon I had to call the restaurant back after my food was delivered because of a missing topping on my pizza. This has happened before and typically I would just deal with it and it wouldn't be a big deal but this time they were only two ingredients on the pizza and for one to be missing it was a big deal. Once I got through to the manager and explain to her what had happened she immediately made me remember why I typically wouldn't call and report an issue. When I told her I pepperoni and mushroom pizza missing the mushrooms her immediate response was well we can make you one with mushrooms and bring it out but we'll need the old one back or I can put a $6 credit on your account... This was before ever even offering up an apology. The idea of telling my kids they couldn't eat the cot Pizza that was in front of them because something was missing was just ridiculous so I told her I would take a $6 credit. So, I was given a refund for something I ordered and didn't get. Almost like I called Marcos and said hey I'm going to give you a $6 now can you hold on to it until the next time I want some pizza. There was no attempt to make it right, no attempt to show gratitude to a loyal customer, honestly because of the way that I was treated it turned something I typically would have ignored into something that will help me out the next time I'm trying to figure out what not to order for dinner. Even if I could get it $6 cheaper

They get my order right and on time. Have tried other local pizza shops, but have had mixed results. Marco's is very consistent and I keep coming back.

Super greasy. Over all good. It was our first time trying it. Tried while traveling. Next time we will ask for half the sauce and half the pepperoni.

It's ok. Not like it used to be. They skimp on portions and charge for sauces; for God's sake, really? We just want a simple, guilty, good deal pleasure... Used to give you a free sauce with each item, /Pizza, bread. Now they charge for every single sauce & item you can conceive of. I should start weighing their pizzas year by year as an experiment. Guarantee the weight will decrease & they will charge more and more every freaking year... In fact, not a bad idea. Whatever. It's the little things that mean something, but they don't care about anything besides their bottom line. Eric Bueter is a cool dude, but he's lost control of his operation to his sister-in-law, Anna. Have fun with that, Eric
