I have to go through Napoleon every month and I always stop at McDonald’s for a quick break, but over the years it has gone downhill considerably. Yesterday I bought a frozen coke and a coffee. I was sipping on the frozen coke as I was driving and all of the sudden, there was something icky and chewy in my straw. I think it was a napkin because it was the right color. I called them as I was driving so they could be sure this did not occur again and the lady who answered said it was not possible because this machine is self-cleaning! Not sure I will ever stop there again! I have added the picture of the gunk and a copy of my receipt so you can see that this is not some angry person trying to smear McDonald’s.
