We dined at Ninja last night. It was very disappointing! We waited several minutes at the hostess desk before anyone acknowledged us even though at least 3 different employees looked right at us. Our server seemed very pleasant but we had to ask for utensils and waited at least 10 minutes for those. Our side of steak came out before the appetizer and my husband's salad was never brought out and we had to ask to have it removed from the bill. We were never asked if we wanted refills for our beverages. The food was not up to their usual quality. The steak was overcooked and yet several pieces were cold. My basil fried rice was ok but not as good as it usually is and the shrimp in it tasted old. My husband got the chicken noodle Ramen. It was bland, so bland it didn't have any flavor at all! The boom boom shrimp was great and the clear soup was delicious. We have dined there several times, and this is the first time we've experienced such poor service and inconsistent food quality.

The style of the restaurant is a fun mix of traditional and modern, and seems to take inspiration primarily from Japanese style. The food was good (I had miso soup, gyoza, and a couple different types of sushi. The sushi was fresh and I did not end up sick. There are plenty of sushi options offered here which do not involve raw fish if that is a concern of yours. I was happy to see such variety on the menu, from gyoza to curry, and there was so much I wanted to try! I plan to come back and try all the food that caught my attention. The staff were also very friendly, responsive, and kept my glass full without me asking. I went here with a friend, but this could also be a great spot for a casual-clean dinner date night if you're looking for one. If you're looking for a place to dine with your family (kiddos included) then you may want to skip this restaurant, but that depends on how adventurous of eaters your kids are and what your wallet looks like.

I used to hate sushi, but this place made me love sushi! Open trying sushi I found I have seaweed intolerance the same thing u get with milk, but it was amazing, never head seaweed beside one at Walmart dry seaweed, witch walmart dry seaweed is bad, this restaurant seaweed, head no tast, and was amazing, I got the chicken hibachi bento box, 10/10, I coudnt eat it all, but was a good meal for the next day, ow and again if u eat sushi with seaweed and ur in the bathroom afterwords u to might be seaweed intolerance it's just like being lactose intolerance, I am to both lactose intolerance and seaweed intolerance, but it was totally worth the bathroom brake

Nice quiet place to have a very delicious meal. The pineapple chicken fried rice was awesome and came in a half pineapple. Presentation delivery and quality was good. Price is quite reasonable for eating out with a family.

Really enjoyed the meal & service here. Server was friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding--try the duck Thai fried rice washed down with Sapporo lager. We will definitely be back!
Food is mild but tastes good-specially sushi’s… best time to visit this place from Monday-Thursday for lunch. Liked the atmosphere.

I door dashed and they forgot my yum yum sauce when called was upset but...... They offered to drive it to me at work even though I said didn't have to do that they insisted. Not only did they bring me my two sauce's they gave me 4 plus a good serving of mushroom soup. Thank you.... I really appreciated it
