went here for a late lunch/early dinner. Had the baked JUMBO potato with pulled pork. All that I can say is DELICIOUS!! A huge potato loaded with cheese sauce, pulled pork and sour cream. All homemade sauces too! Will definitely be going back soon!! and they have a truck and wagon, so are able and willing to do events at your location. Thank you all for a great meal!

If you are traveling across 24 in Northern Ohio, and you stop into Napoleon to grab a bite to eat, you would be hard pressed to find Outlaw Smokehouse by accident. It is a little gem that is very well hidden on the south edge of town, right along the river. "Quaintly nestled" behind and between some very industrial steel buildings, even if you are intentionally trying to get to it, you might still have trouble finding it. If you do, your effort will be rewarded with friendly service and tender brisket. I take my brisket seriously, usually smoking my own since most places can't seem to do it right, but Outlaw was a pleasant surprise. I was there 5 days ago, as I write this, and my mouth is watering just thinking about it again. Stop here for lunch or dinner, and thank me later.
Parking: There aren't a ton of spots out front, but it looks like more space around back.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for a wheel chair to get up to the restaurant level, which is about 4 feet above the parking area.

Amazing staff! Great people! Great environment and I have never had one bad thing on this menu. I would recommend the brisket chili is phenomenal! My wife loves the loaded brisket potato with nacho cheese. Never disappoints if your in the area it is a must try and you’ll be hooked!
We stopped here for lunch on our way to Cleveland and were not disappointed! It's a great small town bbq. There isn't much seating, and there are tables outside. The food though! Great! My son and wife had Outlaw baked potatoes with brisket. I enjoyed the Smokehouse bowl with brisket. They tasted great and huge portions. None of us could finish. I'm a big man that can eat, but I could only get about half of the bowl down! If you're in the area, or just passing through, Outlaw Smokehouse is definitely worth a try!
Perfect staff offering impeccable service. Possibly the best green beans, homemade chips, and jalapeno poppers that I've ever had. Sauces are excellent too.
In town for a wedding on July 27th and stopped in for some lunch. Amazing!!! Service and food was top notch - you guys are nailing it. Definitely will be our go to whenever we are in town.
