5 stars for outstanding customer service!! We had a wedding dinner planned and the scheduled caterer did not show up. We called to see if they could feed 50 people, and they showed up! Less than 30 min later they provided a meal for our guests, and some didnt even know there had been an issue. We cannot thank them enough for coming through!!! Great good, and excellent service!! We were in a bind on our wedding day when our original caterer completely dropped the ball — just minutes before dinner for a party of 50. My wife called Outlaw Smokehouse in Napoleon and explained the situation, and they didn’t hesitate to help.
Within about 15–20 minutes, they had pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, rolls, coleslaw, and salad ready to go — hot and prepared for serving. Their quick response and willingness to step up on such short notice made all the difference.
We’re extremely grateful for how fast and accommodating they were. Outlaw Smokehouse came through when we needed it most.

Service was awesome, everyone was so friendly! But...the food...literally the best meal we've ever had. I'm still stuck on the nacho cheese in my brisket bowl. Absolutely fantastic. We will be back for a potato!

Your food is amazing but I’ve only had time with my work schedule to eat the once in the past 6!l months please please please please open on Mondays or turesdays or both. You’re the only good place to eat within 40 minutes of our location please please boost your hours I’m not the only person wishing this to. Your foods way too good to only be an option 4 days a week. On a bad Monday I could really use some bbq like Garfield with lasagna . Also add side toppings to your bowls let people add some Mac to the bowl for a bit extra throw some beans in there. It’s hard to do a good resteraunt in an area like this you guys blow expectations out of the water just the hours kill me. I writing this because I had a bad morning am on my way home and forgot y’all weren’t open.

Went with a group that recommended the place. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and green beans. The service was quick. They scooped the diced pork into a plain hamburger bun and the green beans into a paper tray. Everything was delivered on a metal tray. I took it to the table.
I tried the green beans first. They were overpowered with peppercorn! I only had a few bites of it. Then I had the sandwich. The meat was dry. I’m sure the sauces are there to improve the taste but I think the highlight should be the meat.
Instead, the highlight is the atmosphere. Nice air conditioned space for refuge against the scorching Midwest heat!
Overall, it was okay. I won’t be coming back and that’s alright.
