I have to say my last experience here was completely unacceptable. I have been coming to this place most of my life. The new owner seriously needs to get the kids(family)out of there. You have servers working that shouldn't be serving. Very rude and disrespectful. Will not return, and everyone that asks, gets the truth. The old owner needs to come back and take over. You will be closed before next year if you don't pay attention. Let me know if that's the case. I would buy it in a second to bring it back to what it once was!

Nice atmosphere, comfortable. Service was great!! Burger was above average although smaller than I expected for 1/2lb. Fries average. I would recommend you try Spenglers.

Ordered Brutus burger and build a burger. Absolutely terrible. Both had 1/2 lb patty, tasted like it was freezer burnt, had no seasoning at all and was completely over cooked. Bun was too small for burger. Toppings were fresh...only reason I gave 1 star. Waffle fries were hard and i dont mean crisp, and not hot at all, again no seasoning. Ketchup in refillable bottle at table tasted spoiled. Food took forever and there were only a few tables in restaurant. Then wasn't even hot when it finally did arrive. Really quite a shame for such a craftsman style building. Waitress Sarah was friendly but didn't come back to check on us until we had finished. We told her it wasn't very good but she just brought us the bill, which was high. Next time we are in town, we will definitely pick a different spot to eat.

What a cool place! The Spengler burger was delicious and my mom loved her pork tenderloin sandwich. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Parking: There is free parking on the side of the building after 5pm on weekdays.
Wheelchair accessibility: My grandma had no trouble getting her walker through. The bathrooms are down a set of stairs.

Very busy for lunch, but our server was attentive, but not intrusive. The menu has changed since my last visit here...no more egg salad sandwich, so I had the soup of the day.

I have no idea how this place was busy or had a high rating. I ordered the pickle fries which were salty as heck. I ordered a quesadilla burger and waffle fries. Said it comes with jalapeños and there were maybe 3 tiny ones on the whole thing. Burger was so overcooked and dry. Had to add a salt, pepper, mustard, and ketchup myself to make it edible. Waffle fries were undercooked. My son liked his fries and chicken strips. They tried to charge me for his milk even though the menu says it's included. Luckily I caught it and they removed it. Our food took an HOUR to get to us and I noticed a table next to us with 6 people. 5 of the 6 got their food. One guy sat there for half an hour while everyone else ate before he got his food....a sandwich, like what? Service was slow and meh as well. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone, ever.
