Every one of the young individuals working the day I was there were polite, clean, friendly, and made sure I was greeted and treated as a were paying a portion of their wages. Rare to see younger individuals respect a customer and their purchase this day and age. These individuals went over and above.

Went thru drive thru at 7:30pm on January 31 on my way to work. I ordered 4 of the pretzels to take with me. First it took 10 minutes to get them. Girl said she was the only one there. WHY? When she handed me the bag everything was warm. At break I was looking forward to eating some pretzel I even warmed it up again. It was SO hard I couldn't eat it and the kicker was ALL of them were the same way! When I broke them apart they had been WAY over cooked! I couldn't leave work to do anything about, I was quite upset. They got $12 from me for something that was not edible. This particular Subway has had troubles before. The on on Perry Street. I think I'll stick to the one in the truck stop, SO MUCH BETTER! SAME ON YOU SUBWAY FOR CHARGING FOR FOOD THAT CANT BE EATEN.
