Order #354, we ordered a discover lux box, two and she gave us the cantina chicken one, she was mean while attending and she gave us the wrong order. So we got bad attitude and a wrong order.

Pricing at this Taco Bell is insane. Everything’s double what it is somewhere else. I get 6$ boxes that are 10$ here I get 1.89$ burritos that are 3$ here I haven’t touched this place in 3 years

As usual they ask what sauce you want when you order at the drive thru. When you get to the window they hand you the bag and you figure they put it in bag. You drive away just to find out there is no sauce.

Sat at the drive through speaker for about five minutes while nobody said anything or cared to say they would be with me, ended up having to go inside to order.

Poison, and Your Order is Never Right!!! Skip The Order Menu and Speaker and Just Pull up to The window and pay for Whatever they Hand You.... Saves you Time and Your going to get the same or something Better than you would have if you Waited to Order....

Taco Bell on central avenue ( I go around 2pm) made me like Taco Bell again :) I use to hate it because my food always is cold or wrong but this location changed my opinion and I now like it. Very fresh. Like noticeably fresh and hot every time. No skimpy tacos with three shreds of cheese and lettuce and the beef was actually visible. Seriously good staff and I continue to keep getting good service and food there :)
I was double charged and they only refunded me for one and manager was no help and rude about it. When I told her I didn't want the food she said u dont have to be like that . I'm not paying 112 dollars for food I never got and when I showed the manager I was double charged she tried to say I wasn't and showed her my bank statement

Manager was rude and calling customers names because the system was screwed. And she seemed like she didn’t care about people in the lobby. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back as this location is nothing but issues and still can’t get food right. I have included a picture of the manager.
