Got a triple baconator and salted Carmel frosty. Very good greasy triple. However the frosty did not taste like Carmel. It was more like butterscotch. Still good. Team trainer Dixie did an amazing job. Very nice respectful and courteous. Service with a big smile.

The menu says they have Vanilla, Chocolate, and Salted Caramel Frostys. But they don't have Vanilla. Why have an item on the menu you don't sell. Why can you never buy Vanilla frosty. You can't have an item on your menu all year if you sell it for only like three days out of the year.

I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich cooked a little longer (I like them crispier than they normally come). The young lady asked me if I had time for her to make me one fresh. I really appreciated that. Thank you.
Waited at the front counter for someone to take my order for over 5 minutes. There were people working, they saw me, even said they'd be with me "in a moment." Still nobody actually came to the register to take my order.
This was peak lunch time on a Saturday. T If the place is this poorly managed, I don't want to risk eating their food anyway, so I left at that point.
