I've lived in Nashport on & off for over 25yrs and have had many subs & pizzas from Crenos. Just ate an all the way with extra cheese and hands down, absolutely the BEST pizza I have had in all the years I've been eating here. I'm handicapped and a young employee was so kind and carried out my order to my vehicle with the nicest smile and attitude. BRAVO GUYS!! GREAT JOB!!!!!

Drivers are always courteous and respectful! Pizza arrives hot, salads are packed full, and tastes great! We can honestly say we have never received a "bad" order. Our orders' have arrived in an acceptable time frame, considering how busy they are.

Consistently accurate orders and friendly staff, Crenos Pizza is a great value and is pretty good food. Try their BLT pizza, even if you pick off the tomatoes it's delicious.

The pizza is okay, at best. The delivery “person” said they didn’t have any change on a cash transaction… Right. Trying to get me to tip her 10 bucks. 40$ for a 30$ pizza. First and last time I eat there.

We always like Crenos, this was a different location I usually pick up at a different one.Delivery was ok, my dessert pizza was missing icing and was over baked and hard. But everything seemed like could have been baked little longer.

The worst customer service ever .Wrong order sent via delivery and when I called to let them know the chic that answered the phone wants to argue with me then she tells me they have to pickup the wrong order they sent ....feel bad for the next customer that just happens to order the food they retrieved from my house ..but it's ok I barely touched it .
1 hr and 40 min for delivery and all my food was cold. Not only cold but my sub was smashed, pizza box was caved in, and the lettuce in my salad was brown. I live 10 min away so not sure what went wrong. Kid on the phone that took my order was rude and very short. Called again to see what was wrong but no answers just said it should be there soon. For the price of their food it should be fast and good. Pretty disappointed in this place. Have been for awhile now but this put the fork in it. I'm done!

Ordered 3 pizzas at 730 pm only received 2 of them call and talk to manager, he said they will get it out to me and at closing time still no pizza called back and his response was sorry

Not like what I'm used to at home in IL. Not even cut right. The mushrooms were canned. Maybe that's what the weird after taste was or the crust. The dough could be better. At first bite I liked the sauce but there wasn't enough of it. I wanted pizza from the place by the campground but they are closed on Monday. Disappointed on both fronts. I picked it up myself too. The only way to get there was a backroad. My GPS wouldn't come back on the screen for the ride back. Signal must be bad around there. I had to use my phone to get back. I don't recommend it. I usually don't leave bad reviews but I've got to say it needs some work guys.

Every time I order they always mess my order up and then seem very rude about it. Not to mention my average order is $50. Would not recommend this Crenos to anyone.
