Great food one of the best chicken places I've ate at

great food really bad service, very rude older cashiers, very little patience for customers. Saturday April 12th at 3:30 the cashier at buckeye deli was extremely rude and had very little patience due to the amount of customer she had to deal with. I asked her for a dollar in quarters and she said that she didn't have them at all. None! and then ask another lady to come over and deal with me because she couldn't handle the situation. so no I don't recommend this place for anybody especially if you have mental issues due to the older cashiers being so rude to people

Customer service is terrible, they gave half my food away to the wrong person, understandable, they are busy i get it. The guy there with his hood up charged my card for the full amount and then asked me if I still wanted it after he already charged me. Told him yeah I still wanted it. He then walked away, no apologies or anything. I stood around for for awhile holding food i did get as it got cold and a woman asked if their was a reason I was just waiting around. Told her about the situation and she apologized. I explained to her I appreciated her apology, but the hooded dude had bad customer service skills, and he actually got offended while listening to me. Place has gone downhill since whoever bought it. As a business owner myself, your employees are an extention of you, so I'm assuming whoever runs the place dosent care at all about customers either.

We visit at least twice a week. Huge fans of their pizza deals on Mondays and Tuesdays. Great pizza, great service, and great vibes. Don't hesitate to stop by.

Update 11/19/2024 - The last pizza pictured is what we received this evening and the order prior to this one. Thought maybe the first one was just a fluke. It happens. But it's becoming a trend. EXTREMELY greasy, ridiculously undercooked, and the toppings just slide right off. This is some of the worst pizzas we've received from here in a long time. We won't be getting pizza again any time soon. We'll be taking our weekly pizza nights elsewhere for a while.

I have been eating here for the last 8 years and I’m not sure what changed. In the last 3 months I have ordered 3 Italian subs ran through the garbage. The sub prices and ran through the garbage have increased- which is understandable. However, the quality has decrease dramatically!

The 1st sub I ordered they forgot all the cold toppings.
The 2nd time the same thing happened and I went back and they fixed it. The girl working did not know you have to put the cold toppings on.

The 3rd sub I’m having tonight, does have all the toppings but it’s not the same. The toppings went from $ 0.75 to a 1.50 and the toppings are barely there. I don’t mind paying the price but when the quality decreases it is so sad. The lunch meat amount has also decreased by half.

And the pizza- they changed the way the cook it. It’s like half soggy when you get it. My family buys pizza by the slice or a whole pizza often and it is not the same pizza it was last year. I don’t even know how to describe it, it’s just soggy.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I watched a girl literally DIG at her face and proceed to keep making a pizza with no hands washed or even sanitized it was truly a sight to see. Thank heavens it wasn’t my pizza, but it was someone in my groups pizza and we all just left at that point. I will NEVER contribute to a business where someone that touches food feels the need to touch their face, hair etc UNGLOVED and then proceed to make a pizza UNWASHED. Sickening.
This place is definitely a health hazard and should not be open. DO BETTER PEOPLE!

It was a horrible experience! The people working there was rude! The food was cold and the drinks awful. What was the worst some girl who was making pizza came in from the bathroom and didn't even wash her hands. This was the worst experience. Never agian! Don't waste your money.
