Used drive-thru, they have potato cakes again. Love Arby's. However, this store isn't the best. Westerville location is better. Twice I've had to pull ahead and wait for my order.

Update 9/29/23. This location has drastically improved. My last few experiences have been excellent with friendly service.I pulled up to the speaker on Sunday afternoon, 8/31/22. A female voice asked to take my order. I gave my order. Silence from the speaker. Backed up and pulled back to the speaker, thinking there were technical difficulties. Nothing. I pull up to the window, no one. Then a male worker comes out. I asked what was going on and he replied that they just closed....

Last week we had an omission of food from our take out order. We called the Arby’s in New Albany to report the missing food. Greg, the manager, was apologetic, took my name and asked we return at our convenience for the missing four six-piece chicken nuggets.
