The hash browns looked like frozen reheated garbage, server seemed super busy and extremely exhausted, and they did not give my sister her biscuit.

Chilled atmosphere but been a while since I dined in. Service for curbside could use some work.

Worse dining experience I have had in 20 years. Went on a Monday night at 730 so it was pretty dead in there but our food was cold, waiter never came back to refill drinks cause he was too busy talking to his buddies behind the counter, had to flag down the manager for the check and when I asked her to take the burger off the check she didn't even ask why cause she clearly doesn't care. I love Bob Evans and will continue going to Bob Evans, just not the one in New Albany.

Service was great. Food is expensive for what you get. Very clean.

I don't know what the green stuff was on my omelette, ate around it after one bite of not knowing.

We were told it would take about 15 minutes to get our food. It was 40 minutes later when it finally came, and most of it was lukewarm—terrible experience.
