Bob Evans Restaurant

You all should be embarrassed for yourselves keeping the restaurants open in a severe snow storm. The entire state is shut down, including liquor stores, who mind you didn't even close during the pandemic. The audacity to risk the well being of your staff is abhorrent.

This is the second time I ordered on line for delivery and when I checked out it went to pick up and when calling and talking to the manager at the Hilliard restaurant she gets smart with me and about canceling my order since I don’t have a vehicle and I drive a semi truck and I’m in Ohio for work

Their frozen food absolutely sucks. I have followed the instructions on their frozen Mac n cheese and every time it is incorrect. I do the initial four minutes, restir and then do another 2-3 minutes as directed. Even after the extra 2-3 minutes there is still a frozen chunk in the middle every time and trying to stir it just results in the noodles being torn up and unappetizing. Might as well eat any other easy to make Mac at that point, incredibly disappointing.

Go back to the very first orignal menu!!!!!
Ham and bean soup, pioneer salad, spagetti and meatsauce, grilled ham and cheese sandwich to name a few, and all the other items you deleted off the menu.
The food is really bad and the service just as bad. Do something about it!!!!

I do miss the old menu, Meatloaf, pasta dish , pot pie, use to eat there a couple times a week, a couple times a month or less.

This is what eggs should look like. Not like hockey pucks I got at Bob Evans Traffic Circle Restaurant Parkersburg West Virginia.
I asked my adult kids to go to Bob's for breakfast. They warned me that qualify was bad. I insisted because we always went there.
Well they were right. My breakfast was horrible. The eggs were not eggs, over easy was flat and indistinguishable.
Bobs has refused to refund my son his money. $78 for scrappy food.

Fayetteville WV- awful good and worse service. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes on food. Two managers on duty and both rude and unhelpful.

This is by far the worst side dish. Bob Evans ever made. It had black things and it was very lumpy as I say forgot to mix it. I had this years ago and it was pretty good. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't bugs or anything. I'm glad I took the pictures. So other people can see what I've seen.

Whoever changed the chicken strips should be fired! The new ones are terrible!🤮

I want to know why your company makes managers work 6-7 days in a row 10 hour shifts??? Is that how you show your thanks to your employees? You are slowly killing your employees and your business. Highly DISAPPOINTED and it’s truly disheartening a huge chain like this can’t even give their employees more than one day off a week. Maybe if you treated your employees better and allowed them the time to rest (that is NECESSARY) and take care of themselves they would perform better at their job. These are not robots, these are real people!

Bob Evans use to be my favorite breakfast restaurant. Not any more,I go in and they inform me they don’t carry jalapeños anymore so I proceeded to order and now I am informed that they just quit carrying franks red 🥵 hot. I put that stuff on everything then it’s time for choice of bread,guess what no bagels and cream cheese. The franks red hot was the straw that broke the camel’s back. It’s like they are not even trying. Sheets is actually better.

We ordered the hot home meals package and picked it up on Thanksgiving day. I want to commend Managers, Jonathan and Joey at the Dupont Rd., Fort Wayne, IN store. Although the restaurant was packed with customers, and also with people picking up carry out meals, the food we picked up was exactly as ordered and everything was hot. We all enjoyed an excellent meal at home and everything was exactly as ordered and tasted very good. Would highly recommend this restaurant anytime in the future to anyone who wants takeout or to eat in. Excellent value and service for the money.

Ordered chili asked for no onions, it is in the chili when made but instead of telling me they just gave it to me...carry out...also got a piece of pie which was under sized, done going there

I bought the 30 pack of sausage patties at the grand opening of Gordan Food service in Jacksonville Fl. I was so excited because I’m from OHIO and I thought I was getting the sausage that I had longed for. But to my disappointment there was more fat content than I had been used to coming from Bob Evans!
