Brenz Pizza Co New Albany

Pizza is always a hit here. The mushroom medley is one of my favorites. Crust is always crisp, never soggy.

I have never left a review for anything in my life but the heritage honey was the best pizza I've ever had. I may never go back to giant chain pizzas.

First time trying Brenz. I ordered a Mediterranean pizza, cheese bread, a salad, and cookies.

The pizza looked good but wasn’t anything I haven’t had at other places. The crust was semi-thick with a chewy feel, like a thicker New York style. Unfortunately the chicken was dry and had zero flavor. Not having a tomato or crème sauce also took away from the flavor. It ended up being like tough bread with toppings.

The garlic cheese bread was good but the cheese came off in two bites, leaving a thick, somewhat undercooked dough stick. Additionally the dipping sauce, which I assume to be their pizza sauce, was sweet. I get adding sugar to cut down acidity, but it was too much for my taste. I ended up throwing away the entire breadstick order.

The salad was good but the cup pepperoni was almost black and had a slight char taste. I didn’t mind the burn flavor but I wonder if that’s normal. The Italian dressing was good but I wish there was more, along with toppings.

The cookies are where they shined. Delicious. All their deserts looked amazing. Soft in the center but just a little crispy on the edge. Bravo.

Service was great, store was clean. The only criticism I have is their signage wasn’t on and the parking lot was empty, so the store appeared closed. They were open but the visual from driving by is that they weren’t.

Unfortunately I see no reason to return. The deserts may be excellent but everything else was disappointing. I was hoping for a new pizza addiction. Oh well.

I got here to order a pizza and the girl say they didnt have any dough left just cause they didnt wanna take my order some dark skin girl at the register bad service after i drove so far to try the pizza

They give me hard time to order my pizza, it’s simple, I always ask for margarita pizza, I know they don’t have it in the menu, but when I asked for the toppings they do it for me, but this time they give me hard time to make it for me, that did it but they didn’t put basil on it!!! Margarita pizza without basil !! And they said you never called us after they give another hard time they said yes you called!! What kind of service is this?!!

GF pizza that has a quality crust is hard to find. Here it is. No frozen cauliflower taste and really god toppings.

Awesome pizza! Loaded with toppings on a sweet crust that is soft, yet strong enough to hold the mountain of toppings.
We got the Veg Out - it's 3nd to none!

Maybe enough room for 5/6 families to eat but that's it so we always pick it up.

Always Great...a bit $$ but excellent
