Waited 8 min at the bar before I was greeted by the bartender (it was not busy) The bar was wet and sticky, and lots of dirty plates. Clean up the mess and act like you care about your guests!

Very cozy place. I enjoyed bang bang chicken, 🥨 and some hazy jane. For me it hit the spot. John was our server in the igloo and he did a fantastic job.

The food was disappointing, even the beer was mediocre. The burger was markedly smaller than the bun so it left me with 1/4 of my meal nothing but bread! The fries were served in a child’s tin cup which would have been ok if there were more than 5-6 fries and if any of them were more than two inches long! None of the fries stuck out over the top of this little tin cup. The beer tasted flat or off and was served warm with no head on it from the tap. Over all for $85.00 ( including tip)
We got small burgers on large buns with minuscule fries served in a tiny tin cup; two warm, flat beers. I expected more from a New Albany location.
I would hesitate to return or recommend it.

Had reservation for 9 on Sunday. Showed up to the brewery and only a few vehicles in the parking lot. Go up to the door and there was a sign saying kitchen is closed for staffing issues. No phone calls or any type of communication to let us know they had no kitchen available especially for a reservation for 9.

We booked an igloo on the polar patio in New Albany. They called 2 hours before our reservation and said they had to cancel because of staffing issues. Luckily we were able to book an igloo in Canal for the same night. However, although our waitress was very nice, the service was extremely slow. We were there for 3 hours and had to switch igloos mid-visit because ours lost power to heat.

Our Server was great - My ONLY callout would have been to have a 2nd server at the beginning of the party to help with getting drink started for a large group like ours. (36 people)

We reserved an igloo on the Polar Patio last weekend. I remember these from last year being very fun & festive! However, this year, it felt like they were an afterthought. No one else was out on the patio, except for our group. There were no holiday decorations, or anything special to make it festive. We waited a while to be seated & service was very slow. They didn't bring us the drinks for our kids meals that we ordered & we ended up having to go inside to pay our tabs, since the server seemed to forget about us when we tried to settle up. We normally enjoy Brewdog & frequently come in for drinks at the bar. But this time, it really fell flat.

Very nice location and atmosphere offering their beers and other drinks on tap.
The Pretzel with beer cheese and mustard was baked perfectly and well worth it.
The chicken wings and a double layer or very thick breaded, I ordered 10- of which 8 were all legs and two were clearly not breaded and / or cooked at the same time
The onion rings and Fries were very good and hot, well seasoned.
I dont recommend Brussel sprouts.
Nice size salads.
Lastly, I enjoyed the draft beer flavor, but when ordering soft drinks, the staff should inform customers that a diet Coke is going to come out as the house version of a diet soda.
This is a great place to meet with a group and family, too.
