Gotta get there before 930 to get the ingredients you'd like for your order. It's been this way for multiple weeks. Either they don't wanna get more or they ran out. Doesn't matter either way this place is downhill. Johnstown road it is

Coworker and I ordered on Uber Eats two bowls at 5:20pm. Every time I have eaten at this location or had food delivered from this location, the portions have been extremely short and under filled. Most Chipotle locations have specific portion sizes to follow and this Chipotle completely ignores them. For a $14.50 bowl, I expect it to be full!

This particular location is filthy and staffed by people who simply do not care. The service is abominable and the food does not meet company standards. Avoid.

I am not usually like this, and never leave reviews but I am honestly very disgusted and frustrated. Not only was the service horrible (and they didn’t have guac, chips, fajita veggies, and more @7pm on a FRIDAY night, I had a HAIR in my bowl!! Absolutely disgusted and will not be going back to this chipotle.

Always dead inside but never have ingredients. Staff is lazy and rude. Never have salad dressing. Orders are always wrong or late. Trash. Go to the chipotle on 62 instead.

For the last three years this place never has what you come for. Weather it's chicken, lettuce, dressing, or white rice. They always disappoint. I always skip this location if I want chipotle.

AVOID! Probably the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered food online to be picked up at 6:30. I got there at 6:44 and it still wasn't ready. I had stand around being ignored until I finally approached the cashier to ask about my food. When I received it, the above picture is what I got. When I asked to have it remade - very little rice, lettuce, and I asked for pico and there's none, I was told I had to go back through the line to have it remade. The line that went out the door, which I was trying to avoid by placing it online. Never was I offered an apology for the wait or the condition of my food. I wonder if this is how they make their bowls. I was told that's "their portion size". I called customer service and had to practically beg for a refund. They wanted to load a free entree on my account but I have no desire to go here again. Chipotle has gotten out of hand with the minimal portions.

The team at this Chipotle is so kind and nice. I messed up my online order and they helped me fix it without judgment and such kindness.

Well after looking at the reviews of this place and having friends tell me there horror stories, I decided not to eat here. Can't take that chance of getting sick or the wrong food. Or even eating in a filthy environment. I can't believe this place is still even operational after most of these reviews.

Used to be good. New workers are slow, agitated. No soap in bathrooms. Fountain drink machines closed or not working. Unclean conditions.

Don’t order online to pick up, just go through the line. They are chincy and apathetic back in the kitchen making the online orders. It’s most likely some high school kid who doesn’t care and just slops mini portions into your bowl. And who knows what else, better not to know. See pic. That was out of the bag before I touched anything. 2/3 full, barely any cheese or sour cream, and very salty taste. Chipotle used to be better, but it’s become so big that it’s now the McDonalds or Walmart of the fast casual food industry. Qdoba is much better, I’ve started going there more often. After my 2/3 salty bowl at Chipotle last night, I may quit Chipotle and do Qdoba exclusively now.
**Update** went back today for the first time since my review above (almost a month later) for a free coupon they sent me for my complaint. Not much has changed. Meal was average, the place had no guac and funniest of all, no napkins! I asked them if they could refill the napkin dispensers because they were empty and the girl said they don’t have napkins. Lol what?! What restaurant doesn’t have napkins?! See pic. New Albany Chipotle is terrible, I won’t be going here anymore. QDOBA is my go to place now.

Way understaffed - dining room is disheveled, unorganized and dirty. They need a serious overhaul with management and personnel. Very unbecoming for such a great neighborhood.

Such a bad chipotle. They literally never have anything. They ran out of rice at 9pm on a Wednesday ??? They never have hard shells. Always waiting on steak. Ugh I’m just tired
