I ordered a chicken bowl and the chicken was cold. Seems like it was just taken out of the refrigerator cold. And when I asked if normal they said no sorry about that. Also my son's kids meal had more rice than my adult bowl.

Finally making a review after 2 years of visits.

The good— Friendly staff from all of my experiences!

The bad, basically everything else— this is probably the worst chipotle when it comes to portions, especially when mobile ordering. From my experience here, the meat portions have ranged from light to almost invisible. It's like they dice the meat up super fine and sprinkle half a scoop over the rice. It's a joke. The toppings are hit or miss... But I will say if you are an extra toppings person, best of luck. (No experience with ordering extra rice myself) Ordering extra lettuce or extra corn seems to earn me a smaller than normal portion on top.

I've noticed a pattern when redeeming rewards, it's like they don't think you deserve a full portion. I've redeemed entrees, extra meat, and guac here — if you try it, kiss your reward goodbye. I've used my free guac reward previously and received no guac, had to get ahold of customer service for another guac reward. I redeemed an extra meat reward and I got a single portion. Today I used a free entre, so I splurged on carne asada. Big mistake. I might as well have ordered a veggie bowl. I'm sure you have seen the carne asada ads, showing big thick cuts of steak. Well here it's nothing like it. It was diced up so small and I maybe had 5 bites where I actually had a piece of steak.

Overall, portions are a joke. On top of that, as other reviewers mention, the food is routinely more cold than warm. Save your money or try a different chipotle.

Bad service they dont care for you. They give you your food and kick you out. I gave me a teaspoon of steak. Like cmon now not even a spoonful. Zero out of 5 stars smh

Was really surprised when I walked into this location, there was an odor to it, then was so disappointed at how disgusting the food bins looked, like no one took pride in their work environment, dried food around some of the bins. Looked dirty. Then when ordering even when you told them only half of something they kept piling it on , didn't appreciate the cup of sour cream when I asked for half of a spoon. Wasted half my meal because it was swimming in the sour cream.

This Chipotle used to be good but now it has some dark energy. Ominus vibes. Bad service. Bad attitudes from the staff. It is frequently a mess at random times in the day. I avoid this location even though it is closest to me.

The food is cold and tasteless, and the place is dirty. The workers make multiple meals and work the register and then will attempt to make food or go to another customer. I guess customer service and food cleanliness has just gone out the window.

So sad.

I ordered three bowls and picked them up (they did not start making my order until after I got there at my scheduled time). Every single bowl was wrong. Everyone either had missing ingredients or had toppings they didn’t order. My husband has reflux and couldn’t finish the bowl they gave him because they put green salsa on it (he did not order green salsa on it). My son’s bowl was crushed and messy. I wish I hadn’t added a tip when I sent the order. I see why it only has 3 stars on google reviews. We will not be back to this location.

I have visited this location for two years and it has worsened in all aspects of customer service..
While my bowl was being made an older worker was chopping up grilled chicken.. it was at some station at the end of the grill.. this guy was sweating profusely and I was watching it role off the tip of nose down to the chicken he was chopping up.. so disgusting..the place is a wreck.. the floor is disgusting.the ice machine or their drink machine is constantly breaking.. hardly any staff at times.. watching ONE guy trying to make food for the incoming customers.. some random guy would come out from the kitchen without washing his hands and ring customers up when the guy making the food yelled at him..just one nasty Chipotle. Wish they could improve this location but it’s just keeps going down..

This particular location is the worst chipotle. Orders are consistently wrong and or skimpy on toppings even when paying for extra protein. I stopped eating at chipotle altogether because of this location. After over a year I decided to give them another try. They gave me a sealed bag with someone else's order inside. This has happened more times than not. How come HotHead and qdoba always get my order right? Shouldn't that be minimum standard expectation?

Food was basically inedible. Very little meat, black liquid instead of black beans. Chips were extremely stale. Tried to call the location to complain, but ended up giving up because I could not get through to a live person.
