Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food service was not the best confused two of my order after telling they three times.

Always a good day when I am able to eat Chipotle

Found a cockroach inside my sealed to go bowl. The management at this particular store does not care about the cleanliness of the building. Avoid this store if don’t want to get food poisoning!

On a field trip and 50 people got chipotle and it was delicious and very full best chipotle ever.

How is a Chipotle this disgusting and bad allowed to stay open? Should have followed my gut to walk out when walking through the door. Food is horrible. Staff doesn't care about their work. Food is dry and cold. Tables closed down at 8pm?? Sold me a bottle of Coke that I can't get the cap off of? Wraps are different color and texture then other Chipotles. Kitchen and food prep area was a mess. Systems not being followed. Sour cream and other food spilled on food prep area and they just keep sliding everyone's food through it with no regard. Lettuce core in my food and I almost bit down on it, fortunately it fell out of my burrito just before biting down.

Lived in the area for 2.5 years probably been to this chipotle about 7-8 times. The service is consistently bad, the employees are young and have a very kind of carefree I don’t care attitude. The portions are stingy, and they employees are quite rude even if they have “skimped” out on meat portions which happened a lot here too. They are out of stuff and the food just isn’t seasoned right quote a bit too. I love chipotle I don’t eat out much, but I’m just saying it’s a complete pass on this location. Just eat at home or go somewhere else. This location is bad.

Not good. Small portions. Didn’t mix toppings before scooping them, so my bowl was extra wet. Generally seemed annoyed that I was there. Not going back.

I went there and it’s this guy named Luke he makes your food soo good and with love I highly recommend ask for Luke 👌🏾

This store is terribly run. Do not order take out from here (dine in only). The past few orders I’ve made here have forgotten items, long wait times (on pick up orders from the app), and small servings.

Received incorrect items - made the chat representative aware that one of the items was inedible due to allergen issue -item was marked correctly, but made incorrectly ... they offered two free food items that were only good for 30 days.. we wont be back to this location in 30 days...and you cant speak to local management. ... edit after re-iterating the issues they refunded $20 to our card.

I did my first mobile app order was supposed to have a free side of guacamole and that didn't get put in the bag nor was it on the receipt that the restaurant handed me. So it has nothing to do with this restaurant. They're definitely good but the mobile app only gets four.

The food tasted fine, but I definitely got sick with an hours. Which doesn't surprise me at all, as soon as you walk in it is blatantly obvious how disgusting this specific location is. Their hand sink is directly connected to the production line as I watched multiple employees walk up, grab paper towels to wipe their hands but never washing them. This is probably because their hand sink was filled with food and absolutely disgusting. The caulking was completely caked in mold as well as the handle one would touch to turn on the water and clean their hands also being covered in mold. I watched them refill the same pan instead of getting new pans as they ran out of certain ingredients, there was stuff all over the floor and I couldn't tell you the last time they wiped that counter down in between customers because it was absolutely disgusting. I work for a food safety company and would not be surprised at all if I learned that this location was making people sick every single day. Disgusting and deplorable.

Edited to add that the link posted does not work so obviously Chipotle does not care what they are doing to their customers. If you scroll down you can see months and months worth of one-star reviews on this place all pointing out the exact same issues. I love Chipotle as a company, this is obviously a management issue. So get your head out of your ass and understand that you could be making people sick.

This is the worst chipotle location ever. The manager should be fired and never hired anywhere else. Between being out of rice, out of strak, out of cheese, out of the tortilla, always they have to be out of something. I walked out of this chipotle without food more times than I have walked out with food. I rate this as trash. Below trash. This chipotle l is just trash.

This place sucks

This store should be a corporate training site for food quality and customer service. If I could rate 6 stars for service, I would. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was even better. If you haven't eaten at this particular Chipotle, you're missing something special.
