This location started out strong but with every recent trip it’s getting worse and worse. I’m not sure if it’s lack of training or poor management of the restaurant but, they are consistently out of key ingredients. The food line for indoor service isn’t stocked properly and the staff has to run back to the carryout line to replenish without help while the customers wait. The online service isn’t any better, twice they have made the items in my order completely incorrect. These poor kids making the food need guidance and proper training.

I’ve been coming to this location for months, and so far everything was fine until a month ago; I normally go for a late lunch, and since a month ago a new girl (red hair) started working there. Everytime I go it takes like 15 minutes to get my food even tho there’s only 5-8 people ahead of me. I understand there’s a learning period of time but it’s been a month and things don’t improve. Maybe some training could help.

Just because it’s getting close to close doesn’t mean you have to make me the wettest, soggiest, nastiest burrito you can make. Drain some of the juices first so the whole thing isn’t disgusting. Thought that was common sense. I would’ve went to a Mexican restaurant and got a wet burrito if i wanted a wet burrito. If it’s nasty, yall can remake it for me tomorrow.

if i could leave zero stars i would. we ordered online for two bowls both of them double chicken and guacamole. 45 dollars plus tip. upon opening up the bowls our orders had no more than 3 pieces of chicken and it was literally DRENCHED with the liquids of the beans it literally looked like bird food. i would have expected this if we had ordered 3 minutes before close but we literally ordered at 7pm. we drove all the way there just to get a manager to look at the order and asked if they would eat this for dinner. He sat there and tried to argue about why it looked like that and that there was chicken in the order. we had asked for a refund but instead he rather argued about it. Horrendous customer service. did said refund behind their noses and not to mention the employees sat there with smug faces . when i look over to the person ordering in line their bowl was neatly done and FULL packed with food. interesting how it works when you order online. thought this was the end of it but when we were leaving to get to the car one of their employees had the audacity to stand there and dance childishly mocking us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Take the accountability that your service and quality of food is not up to par. Not to mention we never ordered from this location before the app just happened to send our order there. Never going back and i advise others not to either. Management looks super poor too, shouldn’t allow teenagers to be working such a role if you can’t take a customer service business seriously.

The work staff on Johnston rd in new albany ohio are the most efficient and kind staff. Never have i had such good service. 11/10 recommend. Thank you guys.

it’s 8pm, suppose to be open til 11pm but all the workers are acting like it’s closing time and they’re about to leave in 30 mins. service took 15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me.

You can’t order chips inside. It’s completely bizarre. I asked the girl working the register for chips. She said they were out. I point out that there are chips behind her. “Those are for the drive thru”. What??? This happened a couple times so I stopped coming.

Came here to get a quesadilla and was told that they can. It make them on the front line went through the motions of them saying they would get written up for it. Then after they made my food they proceeded to say they didn’t put the honey chicken I asked for on it. Then went to go pay and they said no cash! Only card? WTH is going on with this location. Smh will never return

Also seen a worker scrapping the bottom of the food warmer and putting it in an online order

Posting a 5 star rating for the girl at pick up window on 09/16 around 11:30 a.m. for not only always greeting the customers with a great attitude. Also, as a thank you for correcting and applying my Chipotle rewards when the online ordering was giving error on, even after I put my minimum required purchase. Thank you for your help today! Chipotle- Fix your online ordering system for the better.
