Apparently the manager at this location doesn’t know how to start a 120 burrito order for catering before they opened and didn’t serve anyone in the store that came in for lunch until the order was complete. There’s 3 people standing here waiting to order on their lunch break. Said they are doing the catering order before we can be served. You’re holding people up on their lunch breaks. Terrible customer service

They skimp on servings. Especially when you order online
Everybody has a beef about the size variability of portions at Chipotle. I don't begrudge the size of a bowl no longer even coming up to the rim full of stuff. My beef, particularly with my recent experience with this location, is in fact virtually non-existent. Literally. When I opened the lid on my brisket bowl I had to taste 3 bites before I was convinced there was any brisket in there at all. Considering this was a premium item I expected similar amounts of protein as I would have expected for carnitas, chicken, etc--because I paid the premium for it. I don't know if it was because it was late or it was standard to only put such a modest amount of brisket in each bowl, but I felt significantly shorted even for an average Chipotle experience. The limeade was very much lime water. Tortilla chips were stale. The only highlight was the guacamole was still good, despite having mediocre vehicles for delivery. I'm not sure if it's just this Chipotle or all locations on average now, but this was not a good value. A lot of money to spend for disappointment.

I was scared to try this location because of the reviews but I came during lunch hour and the food was super good and the service from the blonde guy on the line was extremely friendly. Would come again

I was a little hesitant to come here I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered in person as soon as they opened and also picked up 3 of my co worker food. Food all tasted good and the portions were really good, including the online order.

I should have walked out. To start, the food server, counter top, and floors were filthy. Not that it should ever be an excuse, but it wasn’t even busy- no one in front of me and no one behind me in line. As for the food, regular servings is not a thing. I was given 1/2 spoon of beans. When I asked for another spoon, the worker rolled her eyes and huffed at me. I asked for vinaigrette and was given a 1/8 full container. And when I asked for another one, the worker again rolled her eyes and threw the container at the worker checking me out. When I got home I found that the chips were burned- completely inedible.

Been here 3 times. Always a horrible experience.
Cashiers here can never do math properly when given cash. They simply don’t know what to do when they have to actually handle money.
Today was extra bad as the guy kept asking me which meat I wanted. I was looking at my options and there was less than a scoop left of every meat. There wasn’t enough meat to make a burrito. And he asks again with a single word… “meat?” I’m like, “There is no meat”. Quit yelling at me “meat?” when there is no meat.
Also this time I found a long black hair in my burrito. I got to pull it from my mouth after I bit into it. Soooo tasty.
Not to be that guy, but I remember when a burrito and a drink would be under $9. My burrito and drink today cost more than $16.
The downfall of Chipotle nationwide is personified in this one location. It’s sad, honestly.

This is my 3rd visit to this location. Last time they had no staff and were closed. This time i was able to order food and dine in. However, this is a brand new restaurant only open a few months, and it is a disaster. Evey surface in the restaurant, including the window and floors, are dirty streaked or smeard. Order chips with my meal, and they were completely stale. Their are even broken tables and seating fixtures in the lobby.

I have picked up a few times from here and haven’t been satisfied especially tonight. I ordered a steak bowl and the meat was at the bottom of the container and got scraped the last little bits. Took it home and ate it. The meat tasted a little off and not 2 hours later I got food poisoning. Definitely think this needs to be made aware in case others get sick too.

I have been here many times thinking it will get better but I am never coming here again. They gave the smallest portion of dumb things like rice that is so cheap. I used to work at a chipotle and this is by far the worst one I have seen. Cashier is nice but the people on the line suck.
