I work right up the road at K&S. I’ve been to this Chipotle 100 times or more, and I don’t know about the negative reviews—maybe they were just a fluke. I’m a Chipotle connoisseur, and this is the best one I’ve ever eaten at. I’ve been to many different Chipotles over the years, and not once have I gotten dry or hard rice. The steak is always cooked to perfection, always fresh, and I’ve never shown up to find they were out of anything.

Everybody has a beef about the size variability of portions at Chipotle. I don't begrudge the size of a bowl no longer even coming up to the rim full of stuff. My beef, particularly with my recent experience with this location, is in fact virtually non-existent. Literally.
