Did an online order and got to pick up my food and this idiot told me they were out of French fry's, well I could see the potato's sitting on the counter, then this guy decides to charge my card twice. I really liked this place but after that I will definitely not be eating there again.

This review is long overdue. I can't say enough about this place. Customer service is next level. They really go above and beyond to make you feel like family. I recently took wings and tenders to a tailgate and they got demolished. Every person attending raved about the chicken. Sauces are unique and complement their chicken perfectly. I highly recommend stopping by their spot, you can dine in, carry out, doordash... you have no excuse! Get this chicken!

Juicy, tender, CRISPY chicken. That is what a chicken sandwich should be. Got the OG chicken sandwich so there was no sauce with it. It was delicious but I think having a sauce would elevate it waaay more. Wanted the fried chicken but they weren't ready yet - maybe next time when we visit.
The staff there are amazing! They were super helpful and able to mix different fruits in the bingsu. Their bingsu are very simple, not what I was hoping for like the ones I am familiar with but it was still very delicious. They didn't have the red bean when I went so that was a bummer cause I wanted a mix of red bean, strawberry, and mango.

For fried food, it felt like it wasn't as dense as other places, which is a good thing.

The portion sizes were huge! Definitely a ton of food. The people working there definitely care about the food they're making.

Probably the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. They are meticulous in their preparation, and those subtle differences make a HUGE impact on flavor. The chicken drumsticks and wings are perfectly crispy and seasoned. my absolute go-to.
The French fries are unexpectedly amazing. The owner has a unique method (boiling, freezing, then frying) that gives them an incredible texture and crispy outside, fluffy inside. They’re honestly to die for.
Top it off with their spicy sauces, which are the perfect complement, like the cherry on a delicious cake.
Crunchick is my must-stop spot whenever I’m craving fried chicken.

Absolutely delicious chicken and bingsu, the best I've had of both in ages and not what I ever expected to find so close to my house! The chicken is insanely tender and juicy and crunchy all at the same time with a perfect variety of sauces, and the bingsu had the perfect balance of toppings and shaved ice! And on top of that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! I will be back, many times!! I wish I had better photos of the food itself but I think these get the idea across!
