NO SMILES here! Everything we got was wrong 3/4 of our food was missing the rest was incorrect. Ruined our Valentine's Day, we were in tears because we spent $42 and had NO meal. Not going back out in the winter to get more it would take at least 40 mins. It's a shame we used to love it but will not be going back because this hasn't happened just once. Happy celebrating to us! (Said SARCASTICALLY!!) PS making double sure everyone knows it's the New Albany location. Do not go to New Albany IF you have to go to Culver's pick a different location. This has happened too many times at the New Albany location

My concrete did not have the adjusted toppings nor was it a concrete. It was so runny it could be a smoothie. My shake was also a let down as it was not the correct flavor. Unfortunately I was home when I realized the issues, was not worth the trip all the way across town. I filled out a form online and never received a follow up or a resolution. Extremely displeased.

Love them. Every Culver's I go into the food is fantastic, the staff is always friendly and attentive and staff working the dining room to keep it clean. This place really has the magic sauce working. Kudos to the lead team, the managers and staff!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am greatly angry with my service I can’t ever see myself coming back in the future. This was unacceptable. I ordered a mini concrete mixer and was charged $5.90 and then I ordered a kids meal which remind you is a kids meal and was approximately $11 mind you my friend who ordered a small concrete mixer which is larger than a mini got charged less than what I got charged. Unacceptable. I would like a refund or contacted by the manager. I am severely upset.
