Just got ice cream which was good but the prices are way too high for the little bit we got. Mini blizzard and small cone now costs nearly $10. Way too high for tiny portions

It's just another DQ. Understaffed and over priced for what you get. Seems to be the them of fast food anymore. At one point I had to walking halfway around the counter just to make sure someone was still working and the 2 people didn't walk out. It was a good reminder why outside ice-cream I only eat at DQ once a year.
Tables where not clean. Overall I would give them a 52%

Ordered a single cheeseburger add bacon. Mustard Ketchup and pickle. The usual. Got a dbl burger no cheese and just Ketchup. Pay more attention please

I love this Dairy Queen.It's one of my favorites in New Albany. The employees are great.The store is always clean.The parking lot's always cleaned.The bathrooms are always clean.The food is always good prepared properly.
I only have good things to say about this.Dairy queen I would recommend it to anybody who's looking for good ice cream or good food.

We ordered two cheeseburgers, 1 coke, 1 small choc. milkshake. The cheeseburgers were cold, they, the workers acted like we were lying, I offered to give them back. No, they would do two more, we waited, and waited, husband went in to get them. They were literally swimming in mustard, ketchup, piles of pickles, the bun was soaked. Today is July 24th, and every one in their should be fired. I am sure they thought it was funny, but those same kids will be our work force in a few years. You can laugh at this review all you want, but let us hope none of them become your doctor, pilot, or mechanic, etc. and they decided to spread their mustard on you. 6:00P.M.

I ordered a cake for pick up today July 18 on Tuesday , July 15th. Got an order confirmation, called them yesterday to see if i could pick it up a bit earlier . The guy I spoke to looked it up and said it was about to go in the freezer , just need decorated , and wouldn’t be a problem. Great right ? No. Get there , no cake . They have no idea what happened . Then they find the order sheet so I know they had it . They hair decided to ignore it and not make the cake for my daughters birthday THIS EVENING . They proceed to say they can make it for us , however I ordered a cake with a complicated design . This is absolutely unacceptable and I do not recommend them whatsoever since they can’t even do things in a timely manner .

Not really what Dairy Queen used to be. Whatever you go and order just imagine it at like 60%

I came to the store to purchase an ice cream cake, which was delicious. This is not the first time I have been to this store to purchase one and have been happy with them each and every time. I wanted to thank the team, especially ZB for the great service and help today. I left with my purchase only to discover the battery on my car had died. It was a hot day, with a heat advisory in effect. ZB tried to provide assistance and when it did not work he let us store our ice cream cake in the freezer and let us wait in the store until help arrived. I cannot begin to thank ZB and his team for all of the assistance and service today to help 2 individuals they did not know. The ice cream cake definitely hit the spot after that :-)
