I used to order quite a bit, but paused for nearly 2 years due to the quality slowly degrading with their subs. After this period, I had ordered 4 times in 3 weeks and twice they did not give the Door Dash delivery drivers my full order. Called to get my sandwich this las time and it was sorry, but pretty much.. Oh well... this was not Jane Abel's vision for customer service.

The quality has really gone downhill over the years. It was always consistent in quality and taste. Not so much anymore, it seems as if they are trying to rest on their past reputation. There are too many other options.

Pizza here is fantastic. I LOVED the AI call in service but today I had a human pick up which was fine, but the auto service over the phone was so easy and nice.

Terrible pizza. Not even cafeteria level. Soggy, undercooked. Got a large pepperoni and bacon pizza and a side of bread sticks. Received a pizza that was undercooked, barely any pepperoni and limp bacon. Side of breadsticks was only two burnt dry sticks with a small marinara. Will never order from here again, save your money.
