The quality has really gone downhill over the years. It was always consistent in quality and taste. Not so much anymore, it seems as if they are trying to rest on their past reputation. There are too many other options.

Pizza here is fantastic. I LOVED the AI call in service but today I had a human pick up which was fine, but the auto service over the phone was so easy and nice.

Terrible pizza. Not even cafeteria level. Soggy, undercooked. Got a large pepperoni and bacon pizza and a side of bread sticks. Received a pizza that was undercooked, barely any pepperoni and limp bacon. Side of breadsticks was only two burnt dry sticks with a small marinara. Will never order from here again, save your money.

Witnessed Brandon dealing with a very rude customer and he did so with respect the old guy wanted a free soda and Brandon was very respectful. Even tho the customer threatened Brandon and his job the young man still had the upmost respect. 6th of June 2024

I tried to order online but system would not work. I re set it three times but it froze on the additional order part. I had to call, and then paid around 6-7 dollars more. I asked the cashier about issue and she said, yah that happens alot. Didnt offer any help or deal.

I came in to pick up my pizza and was ignored for about 10 minutes while my pizza sat there and got cold. They saw me but no one came up to check me out and then told me that I was Rude!!!!

Every time I go I say I’m gonna give them another chance because the location is so close but I don’t understand how you can look at this pizza and think it’s ok to put in a box and give it to a customer. Horribly burnt and it’s just never right. They take forever to come to the window and if they tell you to pull in a space your best bet is to go inside because they will take forever to bring your pizza out to you. Just bad all the way around and it constantly gets worse. I’m gonna have to go to another location which is really shame because this one is 3 minutes away.

I ordered pizza from here several times over the last year as I love the taste of their hot honey pizza. However, every experience has been different and I think only one of them has been completely satisfying. On one occurrence, I ordered a pizza as a thin crust with whatever toppings and they sent me a completely different pizza. When I contacted the company, the manager offered to comp my meal (not refund but give me a credit for it.) She was the only manager working there at the time but, when I called back two weeks later to cash in my credit, the current manager claimed "if you don't have her name, then we cannot give you the credit." They then informed me the previous manager no longer worked at the establishment so there was no hope. I just ordered a hot honey thick crust pizza and a cinnamon bread and both came out burnt with the cinnamon bread having a pizza aftertaste to it. I'd think the cinnamon and icing would overpower any pizza flavors but who knows? I'm at the point where I may try another donatos or maybe I'll just stick with the generic chain pizza places because this is getting old.
