Just as an FYI, if you order delivery from here, it will be delivered via DoorDash and they won’t tell you until you’ve already ordered. Oh also the food has sucked here for years now. It’s the pool of applicants btw, every restaurant in New Albany has awful service nowadays.

So donatos has gone to nonenglish call center for orders. Not a fan. The reesl issue i have is that the stores no longer feel the need to answer the phone. We called for 20 mins straight to try to chsnge an order. When i finally got someone on the phone. I asked thembto cancel the order instead. Girl who answered said no problem. It still hasnt been fixed.Stay away until they can get their act together.

Horrible did phone order for take out and they messed my order up. Took pizza back in and they wouldn't do anything to correct problem and was very rude. I wouldn't suggest going there customer service sucks. I'll never go to another store again. And that's a shame my company uses them for customer training lunches that will stop I'll find another place to order food do to how rude and poor there customer service is.

Arrived to pick up my pizza and was told by two employees that my order wasn’t there and I needed to go to the other Donatos across town. When I got to that Donatos they told me my order wasn’t there either. I had left my phone at home and had to confirm with my son at home which Donatos had my order. It was the original Donatos! When I arrived for the second time, the guy quickly found my order and said it had been there the whole time. He apologized and gave me the whole 65 dollar order for free.

Worst Pizza ever! Ordered online expecting good delivery...instead my order was passed over to Door Dash. Pizza delivered was ice cold. And 25 min. Late then what was promised. Store manager refused to take my call...Associate said it was a Door Dash problem.Donatos off my list forever.Terrible Food...Terrible service!

This place steals your pizza and think you just going to sit back and let them get away with it. We ordered a pizza for delivery and put in our address. When the pizza didn't show in the proper time frame we called to see where it was and they change our address to our neighbors address. Little did they know we know our neighbors. Their house was dark and no one was home. Our house was well lit I might add. The pizza they claimed they delivered there was not there nor was it ever delivered, because they have camera and no one rung their doorbell. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone and carried the conversation through her employee. She refused to refund our money and said we would have to pay another delivery charge if we wanted our pizza.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered pizza online tonight because I have a migraine and didn't want to have to go out. I selected a delivery time 2.5 hours later and when my pizza never came and I never got an email saying where it was I started calling. Couldn't get anyone in the store to answer the phone and the answering service is unhelpful. They can't give you a refund and they couldn't get a hold of the store either. Finally sucked it up after 45 minutes and drove all the way there to be met with a locked door at 8pm on a Saturday and 3 employees ignoring my knocking for several minutes before one finally yells to go to the drive thru. I do that and am ignored there for another 5 minutes before someone finally comes. I explained to them I never got my pizza, have tried calling and now am here, doing exactly what I was trying to avoid by ordering online for delivery. I was abruptly interrupted and the guy only says "Last name" to which I tell him and spell it. He then says it's already gone and tries to shut the freaking window!I definitely was beyond pissed at this point and probably gave him a few F bombs while asking for my refund which he says I can only get by calling 1-800-DONATOS and tells me he won't tolerate my language, then shuts the window. After a few steaming minutes I finally leave. My pizza arrived as I was getting back home, almost 90 minutes late, cold and without an apology.I will never order from this location again!
