My daughter loves having donut holes after dance class. They are routinely out of all holes and most donuts by 10:30 am on a Saturday. I am not going here again; I will just go to Tim Horton’s where they always have everything I need.

My service of over a dozen donuts online was flawless, and the workers had a positive attitude, it was 6 am, awesome!
Couldn't get order right and just laughed it off when I asked for the correct order and then employee took her time because she was joking with some other girl. Never received an apology or anything of the sort either.

This Dunkin provides consistently good food. The service was friendly. The inside of the restaurant was in need of attention. When we arrived, the dining area was nearly empty, but every table was covered in crumbs. There was plenty of counter help, but many of the employees were more interested in conversing with one another.

We have gone here multiple times and have had very poor customer service. Drinks made incorrect 3 out of 5 times. (The ingredients are printed on the ticket.) The staff are very rude and do not care at all. The manager seems to not care. This is not like other Dunkin’s we have been too.Donuts aren’t good. Just pick a local coffee shop instead.
