Good food and coffee but the guy with the bleach blonde hair is always rude and off putting. Why work in service if you’re going to be like that?

The line was wrapped around the building because the mangers were arguing with a disgruntled employee. They had more people outside arguing then they had inside working
Update- they messed up my drink and my food order…
I experienced discrimination , I was never greeted until 5 mins after I stood at the counter, I was the only one present at the counter, ( several employees were literally standing there talking and walking passed me) another individual of another race came in they greeted them and gave them their online order., I'm still standing there not greeted, not even with a hello we will be with you!

We usually like to go to this Dunkin but the service at the drive through has not been great the last two times. No customer service skills. Today they were so caught up in their staff conversation that there was no customer service at all. No smile, no hello just handed me my food and then forgot to give me my coffee and shut the window. When they realized I was still at the window the employee opened it and I asked for My coffee and he just gave it to me and Shut the window. I get people have hard days, but this was unacceptable as their staff conversation was more important than helping a customer.

This Dunkin is the best Dunkin in the Columbus Metro area. We have been coming here for quite a few years and pass at least 4 other Dunkins and drive 20 minutes out of the way to get consistently good coffee and see the staff here who are always friendly and personable. I don't know why the overall reviews aren't higher. It is a very busy Dunkin, and the staff is really efficient at clearing the lines and order accuracy. The only thing I can attribute it to is the area, which is filled with extremely uptight, unkind and privileged people. We will continue to come here specifically for the staff and good coffee for as long as we are in Columbus. It's worth it to be greeted with smiles in the morning!
