They were able to correct the mistep of the Hamilton Road location and didn't even charge me even though it was another Dunkin that messed up! Great people and they really deserve a pay raise and perhaps they should train other Dunkins on Customer Service!!

This Dunkin is the best Dunkin in the Columbus Metro area. We have been coming here for quite a few years and pass at least 4 other Dunkins and drive 20 minutes out of the way to get consistently good coffee and see the staff here who are always friendly and personable. I don't know why the overall reviews aren't higher. It is a very busy Dunkin, and the staff is really efficient at clearing the lines and order accuracy. I visit this Dunkin when I'm in town for work. I've been here over 10x and have always had a pleasant experience. The group of girls are very friendly and take care of the customers very quickly. The store is always clean and well stocked.
