I came on a weekday during off hours - which I recommend for popular places like this. I ordered a chai latte, which was good. The employees were friendly. Note that there is no wifi at this location. I came to do work on my laptop to realize there’s no customer WiFi. They have a great outdoor seating area, though!

Fox in the Snow is a common Columbus shop. The service is friendly, and they do work pretty quickly even when they have a long line. I have noticed that they roast Tandem, which is a New York brand. I think the quality has decreased over time. I wish they would switch to a local roaster.

I love every thing about this place in the winter. . . . Warm weather brings in flys and the food is not covered behind the glass . . Its a shame to have such a beautiful pastry ruined when you order it and watch flys disburse from the area.

I usually love the food and drinks at this location. When I went in this last time, there was a fly on the bakery items - which ok… the door opens often I guess. I ordered two drinks iced and they came out hot. I asked if I can get them iced and the individual said they can remake them. They did which was great but then the sizes were small when I paid for large. I gave up at this point because I already waited 20 minutes for just a latte and didn’t have time to wait longer to get this corrected. The coffee itself tasted great otherwise.

We went on a Sunday morning and we had a delicious danish and coffee or tea. The building had plenty of seating, but it was very loud inside. Luckily, it was a beautiful day and we sat outside and enjoyed our breakfast.
Coffee is just ehh okay. Pastries are great. Egg sandwich is incredible! Would not go back for coffee.

Fox in the Snow is our favorite spot in New Albany! We love making it a family weekend stop with the kids—we always get the egg sandwich and a pastry (you can’t go wrong with any of them). Great vibes and amazing food every time.
