Great sandwich for the price. Actual meat in the sandwich vs that OTHER sub shop who's meat if sliced any thinner would only have one side.

The subs were made well but the 2 ladies working were very unfriendly . The one had on fake eyelashes and looked irritated that she was working there . The young generation today is so unfriendly and rude .

My sub bread is extremely hard, worst sub I’ve ever had from a Jimmy Johns(and I’ve never been disappointed before)
The staff was attentive but didn’t ask me if I wanted a reciept, and seemed irritated when I said I needed it.
Also the bathroom was disgusting and stinks. Will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s location ever again. Not a happy customer

Ordered for dilivery. They never even tried to update the status of the order. Didn't know my food was delivered. Then the sandwich is so small that idk what i paid for. This is not ok. I have added photos of what i ordered vs what i got!!!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had in 25 years of working in the food business. The management team here does not care about assisting its guests first but instead wanting to be right. I wanted a catering order and because they didn’t have bread they refused to work with me on a partial order or even assist me in any kind of way. I then spoke with the GM or “owner” and I can see where the lack of care and leadership comes from. She immediately chastised me for my tone with her staff and then proceeded to blame me for not paying attention to the app where she says that a 24 hour notice is preferable. Then no apology and finally told me she has a business to run and wouldn’t continue the conversation. They will never get my business again.

Been to this store three times, everytime I go in there customer service is horrible, no one acknowledges when you walk up to the counter when they do they are rude. It has usually been the same three girls each time I have been in there. my order was made wrong twice. this last time I was in I ordered on line and was supposed to be ready at 4:15. when I got there my order wasn't ready had to wait 25 min before they made my order. it was made wrong so I told the girl, she was rude and said you want me to make it over again , I said yes. she didn't like that a bit. Where is the manager at this place? What ever happen to customer service !!! seems like no one cares any more. I will never be going to this restaurant again.

You guy closed 12 min early. If the hours say 9 it should be 9 😡. All you do is makes subs it would have taken 5 min.

My fiancé went in on Sunday, the 3rd, at around 1pm. The cashier was rude right off the bat. He asked to do a large sandwich with 2 drinks & a brownie to make it a combo. She said you had to get a chip to make it a combo, he said that he was able to do it in Gahanna just fine. She responded “Well that’s not here!” like as if Jimmy John’s shouldn’t be consistent across the board? Whatever, he didn’t get the brownie. Then she threw, literally threw, the sandwiches into the bag, like the bread was torn up when I opened up the wrapping. He asked for the kicking ranches that he paid for & she threw them at him, could have spilled, but thankfully didn’t. Got home & the order was wrong. We got a BLT with onion & cheese, how easy is that? No onion, no cheese, which not only didn’t make the sandwich as good, but I’m sure we were up-charged for it & didn’t even get it. I know the food industry must suck, but my fiancé & I are some of the most patient people ever, there was no reason to the poor attitude & our order being wrong(probably purposefully).

Got halfway through my unwich sandwich and realized I was eating rotten lettuce. Definitely gross and not what I expected. I will have to leave a negative review here as a warning to others. The people making the sandwich absolutely had to see that this was bad and went ahead and served it to me anyways. A ton of negative reviews for this location. I would avoid it.Shame on you, Jimmy John’s, New Albany, Ohio!! I’m not really looking forward to some possible digestive issues later :(Update 9/7/23: I did contact JJs via facebook messenger and got no response. Although I kind of expected that as it didn't really look like they cared when they made my sandwich so figured it would be a similar experience on FB. Also responded to the JJ response below, followed the link and got an email thanking me for feedback. LOL Jimmy John's don't care! Jimmy John's used to be my favorite go to Fast Food... Thank goodness for choices....Next Stop Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mikes!
