This Marco's is our go-to for takeout pizza. They are friendly, fast, reasonably priced thanks to promotions, and do a great job with allergen orders. We have a dairy allergy in the family, and they are always careful with the no-cheese pizza. (Marco's also has a full allergen disclosure on their website.) See photo for dairy-free pizza next to The Big Cheese, which is for those in our fam who love dairy. If you want to dine in, there are two big booth tables in the store.

Love the Magnifico pizza’s! Also the warm subs. Recent changes to the app improved my ordering selections including crust toppers! If you’re in the mood for pizza, this is the place to order from!

I wanted to get on here and say that I had bad experience. So apparently they burnt my pizza and the man asked if i wanted the pizza, I felt highly offended and i feel like how could you ask if anyone wanted a pizza that was completely BURNT. the lady that worked on that shift stood up for me and I appreciate that, but other than that I would never come back due to the lack and bad customer service experience. this happened 08/19/2025 around 7:30 ish pm.

Excellent pizza and friendly service
Marcos has become my go-to pizza place. Great pizzas, prices, and service. I did have one service issue and they did a great job making up for it. Highly recommended!
We ordered pizza from here last night and got extremely sick. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. It seems like properly cooking their food is an issue. I’m concerned about sanitary practices and what was done to our food.
We love Marcos Pizza but this location on Hamilton Road is challenged. From losing my first phone order to simply not putting extra pizza sauce on our pizzas the last two times. We specifically reminded them to add extra sauce. Instead we receive dry pizza. Very disappointing.

I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread tonight. Never received my order. When I called them, they said the delivery driver couldn’t find my apartment. And that the delivery driver called my phone and whoever answered said “they” never ordered any pizza. The delivery driver never called my phone. I’m not mad because they canceled the order and the money will be back on my card. But I am highly upset the delivery driver lied about calling me. I have been sitting on my phone reading through my Bible App and haven’t received not one call. And I live by myself so who is the “they,” that answered when he called? It’s just the principle of the matter. Like I get it if you got lost or just gave up trying to find my apartment, it’s very cold out and dark. But come on now, don’t lie.

We ordered from here for delivery, first mistake. About 10 minutes after we ordered, I got an e-mail saying the order was on its way. I knew there was no way they had it made that quick. I figured they hit the button so their times wouldn't look bad to corporate. I waited until the original ETA came up, and I called. I talked to Hannah, I assume she's a manager, but she didn't say she was. She was polite and told me that they didn't have a driver so they put it in to door dash. She then said that door dash had picked up the order about 5 minutes ago. I live in the 43 at New Albany apartments across the street, point four miles from this Marcos location. I waited 10 minutes and called back. This time Hannah was extremely rude and told me that their wait times are always 55 minutes. And that I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes before I could call back. At this point it had been over an hour since the order was placed. I asked for a refund and that's when Hannah became irate. She started yelling over me and I couldn't get a word in. I did try to yell back but then she hung up like she was the victim. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because communication had broken down. We never got our food. Pizza Hut came through huge tonight though.
My boyfriend loves Marco's pizza, so we always end up driving 30-40 mins to get Marco's. Our first time (most likely our last) at the New Albany location, food was good but service was horrible. No friendly smile, hello, welcome at all when we came in. The lady taking the order didn't even speak or make eye contact until she pointed at the credit card machine for payment. We ate in the small dining area and I noticed this was the same for each person who walked in. The lady with the pig tale on top her head and the lady with the short blond hair, not friendly at all.. When we were heading out I hear a man thank us and come again. Where was this guy the whole time?? It did not seem very busy so not sure why so dismissive and rude. I just don't understand..

Placed an 8 pizza order gametime on a busy football Saturday. Order was made correctly and the pizza was tasty as always. Got a great deal on large 1 toppings for carryout!

This place has really gone downhill in the last several months. Now they got employees that stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes blocking the entrance to even be able to get into the pizza shop. I'm sorry but if I go into somewhere and their restaurant smells of cigarettes I am not ordering from there. Everything about it has gone downhill from customer service to the grade of food recently. They used to be great a couple months ago and now they have gone Way downhill. Most of the employees are rude and give you dirty looks and you can constantly hear them using foul language and talking badly about customers while they're in earshot. I would give a negative review if I could but Google will only allow me to give one star
