It’s sad to have this negative impact in such a nice area I don’t know what it is about this location but the food seems to always be cold and not done right. Poor effort of fast food service. I rather go out my way to another location for McDonalds.

Absolutely terrible location! I placed a mobile order to pick up in one of the curbside spots. I get there and it gets switched to drive thru (ok no problem). Go through the drive through the young guy says he can’t find my order. Gets the manager, she was absolutely no help. I’m telling her I have my receipt, but I have my small kids in the car I’m not unloading them to come in that was the point of doing a curbside order. She tells me there’s nothing she can do and I won’t be charged. As soon as I leave, I get a message thanking me for picking up my order. I called corporate so fast to report her for having no type of customer service, their phone does not even work when you call. The lady I did get through corporate informed me that my order was indeed processed and she would be escalating the matter, because the manager gave misinformation. I will not be going to this location anymore. Terrible customer service!

Tried to order inside, kiosk wouldn't accept payment. Stood at counter for 5 minutes and was not helped and even had two workers walk past me. Seems like they only help drive through customers

Went through the drive-through gave me my breakfast sandwich right away and I ordered a hot caramel macchiato which they pulled me over for and it was 20 minutes later. They came out with it so the sandwich at this time was ice cold so disappointed.!!!!! Did not apologize for the long wait 20 minutes for a caramel macchiato seriously pathetic!!!

the past 3-4 times i have gone they have forgotten my sauce/given me the wrong one. they didnt close my burger wrapping all the way i had a burger floating around in my bag and they shorted me on my nuggets. props to the morning workers because they always are efficient and get me the correct items but every time i have gone past 1pm ive always had something wrong.
If I didn't have to put a star, I wouldn't give it any. Any time I come to this McDonald's, they're horrible! I just went through drive thru for a mcflurry, they put the oreo crumbs on top and the test was just vanilla ice cream. Don't bother calling to let them know what's wrong because they done care.

I was a little disappointed to find out a McDouble is 399 and to add a fry and drink it's $8, I thought there has always been a double cheeseburger or McDouble combo, well my co-workers meal cost more than double just to add a 10-cent soda and medium fry is ridiculous

Me and my friend waited for 30min and they didn't even get everything the service was awful we were trying to get a refund on 2 of the items we didn't receive and tht alone to even get a worker to even process the refund took forever and then the worker kept arguing with my friend and didn't even refund the correct amount. Never come here.
