I always need to park for the simplest orders. Why am I waiting 10 minutes for a cheeseburger and small fry?

Horrible. Your asked to park so they can keep average service time and you still get cold food. Do not waster your time or money here. Can't seem to put a big mac together. Guess we should be happy those that aren't capable of working at Wendy's still have options.

I regularly go to this McDonald's because it's close but like so many who have written reviews here am consistently given bad service. The last time (today) was simply passed over at the drive through. I pointed this out to the server when they finally decided to wait on me but they just didn't care. Left without ordering anything. It's weird. I go to Caines or Chick fil a and get wonderful customer service. These companies understand that it's actual paying customers that make their business viable and profitable, instead of places like this where you are simply treated as if you are bothering the staff who apparently have much better things to do than wait on customers or treat them decently. What a shame, but I'm tired of paying people at this place to simply treat me like garbage.

Never going back to this location. The manager that works in the morning is the absolute worst. Every single time I come through she makes me park. No matter what I get, no matter what pull up and park. I eventually just started saying no, I will wait on the window. She got very mad by that. Rolled her eyes and scoffed. There’s no reason for me to pull up and park because you can’t have a hash brown ready for breakfast. After parking and waiting the food isn’t even hot, she just parks people for no reason. Not to mention, I think this is totally frowned upon as she is just skewing her drive thru times. Do yourself favor and go to another location the manager ruins this whole experience.

truthfully, even with managed expectations, this location is consistently disappointing.
At least your frozen treats and cookies are good.

Do not door dash from this store. I went through 2 dasher and had to cancel my order. It shouldn’t take 50 minutes to get three items.

It’s sad to have this negative impact in such a nice area I don’t know what it is about this location but the food seems to always be cold and not done right. Poor effort of fast food service. I rather go out my way to another location for McDonalds.

Terrible coffee and coke is nasty. Went there specifically for drinks for the drive to work and both were so bad they went right into the trash. Waste of time and money. Update - still terrible service
