We made a 20 person reservation the Saturday before Christmas and they gave us a side room... free of additional charges! They were attentive, service was great, food was spectacular!! I highly recommend!

Never actually been in for a sit-down meal, but their pizza is to die for! We regularly drive from south Columbus and back to grab takeout, and it has always been worth it even in bad weather.
One of these days we'll actually eat in the restaurant and I'm sure that day I'll add 5 stars to the service and atmosphere sections as well!

First of all, I had tasted the pizza here at MM before for a work luncheon, and I was impressed with how good their pizzas were. They have different varieties of pizza that I hadn't ever eaten before, like The Marley, The Super Pepp with the ricotta and hot honey, and the Maui Wowie with the pesto base. So I knew whenever I would order pizza again that I couldn't go wrong ordering any of the pizzas Mellow has to offer. What made this recent order memorable was the service I received from Star. I was trying to order a half and half large pizza online with The Holy Shiitake and Super Pepp. I called into the store, and after talking to the kitchen staff, she made it happen. When I arrived to picked up this masterpiece of a pizza, kudos to the chefs, she was just the kindest, most pleasant, and sweetest hostess I have ever met in my 50 rotations around the sun. She showed me my pizzas, I also ordered a medium Mighty Meaty to try, and threw in some plates and napkins and gave me some helpful advice on how to warm up the trio of cookies I bought while waiting on the pizzas to come out. No more than 8 secs in the microwave if you can't wait for them to warm up at room temperature. Then, to cap off the extraordinary experience, Star hit me with that heartwarming smile of hers, to which I would have gotten down on one knee if I had a ring handy and a minister on the premises. Thanks, Mellow Mushroom, you now have a customer for life, and now I will have to dine in my next visit as long as she is working.

Tonight (Thursday night) we sat at the bar and watched the bartender gracefully navigate lack of support, rude guests, and an endless stream of tickets- all while taking great care of us. She did an amazing job especially given the cards she was dealt.

Our pizza was cooked perfectly- beers were nice and cold- zero complaints from our end.

I dined at your restaurant last night and sat at the bar. All I wanted was some pizza, a beer and to watch the OSU game. Instead, you allowed children to sit at the bar (they were banging on the bar and yelling)…all of that and also a balloon lady at the bar, attracting even more kids. Completely annoying that kids are allowed to sit at the bar where adults are trying to enjoy an adult beverage. Please direct families with kids to the main dining area!
