My girlfriend and I go here regularly and it seems orders take 30+ minutes for simple orders (drip coffee)… This is not a staffing issue as there are multiple staff members working at a time. There needs to be more of a focus on communication and efficiency with orders.

Really good coffee shop for hanging out and getting work done. Great vibes and a beautiful space. There's even a co-working space next door. The vegan breakfast sandwich is a vegan egg, vegan cheese and vegan sausage on a vegan biscuit. If you're here definitely get it. It's not bad but if I'm being honest it's also not worth going out of your way for. I wish the granola and yogurt was vegan. Be so easy for them to veganize that. The Rishi Chai tea is great! As someone who's quit coffee and switched to teas, I can tell ya this is good chai!

Good people, good vibe, clean. But it’s Earl Grey (not Gray) tea. Thank you.

My wife and I recently stopped in at this New Albany location. We had high hopes, we were very excited to try this new place (to us).

My initial thought upon walking in was, though it looked nice on the inside, it was fly central everywhere.

I was hesitant getting anything but a coffee, but we ordered drinks and their biscuits. We chose a table and awaited our items. Biscuits came out quickly. They were served with strawberry preserves. Very tasty. However, I was completely turned off by all the flies, we couldn’t finish our portions. After waiting 20 minutes, I went to the counter to ask where our drinks were. It seems they forgot to make them. So we asked for them to go. Upon leaving, my wife discovered her drink was lukewarm at best. They gave us a free drink coupon before we left, but barely a mention otherwise.

We wanted to like this place, but the service and pest problem made it difficult.

We were really excited to have found a cute coffee place and the buckeye latte and food were good, but we had ordered a breakfast burrito that never showed up. When I asked I was told they would make it however after waiting for several minutes with a hungry child I went to ask again. The person in charge of making food told me I needed to go back up and pay as the burrito was never charged (and she even remembered the entire order). I get it, if we didn’t pay but I ordered it and was just waiting without ever being informed otherwise. If she knew we hadn’t been charged why not let us know rather than have us wait and feel foolish because it never was coming? And then making it seem like we were trying to get something for free, kind of demeaning.

Great quite atmosphere. Great customer service. I really enjoyed my mocha, I had higher expectations for the breakfast sandwich and I thought it was a bit overpriced.

My stepdaughter liked her chai. In the display case, there was the oldest breakfast sandwich known to man. This place is gentrification incarnate.

I love their salted caramel drinks but whoever thought it was a good idea to close at 6pm instead of 10pm, I think that was a poor decision. Why can’t you just close at 8 instead of closing 4 hours earlier. I think that’s just stupid

I love how they make their syrups in house and the whole shop is so cute! The only thing is that everything I got (salted caramel latte, yogurt, and muffin) were all too sweet for my taste and I didn’t get much salt from the latte.

My favorite coffee shop in New Albany! The Salted Caramel Cuban and the Spanish Mocha are incredible. The breakfast sandwich is made with a super buttery biscuit and is always my go to. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Vegetarian options: Add the impossible sausage to the breakfast sandwich for $2, it’s super good.

I had visited this location on 5/20 at around 6pm and was “helped” by Marissa who was extremely rude and gave me an attitude as if I was stupid for asking any questions. Would recommend going to a different location or business all together if this is how their employees treat customers
