Trisha is amazing. She is always so friendly and goes above and beyond. I asked for a catering order to arrive an hour before it was scheduled and she made sure it was there. I totally recommend using them for Catering!

Dirty store, waited 30 minutes for them to say they don’t have Broccoli cheddar soup, give us a horrible refund making me pay 21 for 2 half chicken BLTs, this was an insane wait, workers didn’t make it up to us at all, then the food ain’t even come out good sandwich fell apart after one bite. It was ridiculously busy for no reason and workers clearly ain’t ready for that. Fix this shit I had a terrible experience with my pops.

Stopped with family to have lunch and ate inside on 8/31 while traveling. Restaurant was very dirty with tables not wiped and carpet not vacuumed. Service was slow, broccoli cheddar soup tasted watered down. Quality of this Panera was very disappointing!

literally do not come here if you’re expecting to eat dinner. they are out of literally everything and won’t tell you until you’ve been waiting forever for your food. if i could leave a zero star review i would, i’ve never asked for a refund at a panera before but this was a ridiculous experience. all i wanted after a long day at work was mexican street corn chowder.
ordered a chicken chipotle avacado melt and had delivered with uber eats they were quick but my sandwich had absolutely no chicken in it. when i tried to call they kept answering and hanging up.

They have two speeds slow and stop why charge me for my food if it’s gonna make me 20 minutes into sitting at the drive-through window and I don’t know what the heck it’s like they were all like doling around discombobulated disorganized you can tell when people have had no training.

Totally shady location - they charged me over $120 in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, without notice, for their Sip Club renewal. I signed up with them a year ago but the store employee never said they would automatically steal your money in a year WITH ZERO NOTICE OF THE RENEWAL. Total scam.
I called the restaurant to complain and they said I should take it up with my bank. So they don’t communicate they auto renew, they then take your money without notice, and then they refuse to help after they’ve stolen your money.
The manager at this location should be fired for this deceptive practice.
