literally do not come here if you’re expecting to eat dinner. they are out of literally everything and won’t tell you until you’ve been waiting forever for your food. if i could leave a zero star review i would, i’ve never asked for a refund at a panera before but this was a ridiculous experience. all i wanted after a long day at work was mexican street corn chowder.

ordered a chicken chipotle avacado melt and had delivered with uber eats they were quick but my sandwich had absolutely no chicken in it. when i tried to call they kept answering and hanging up.

Here’s a place I’ll never go back to. They have two speeds slow and stop why charge me for my food if it’s gonna make me 20 minutes into sitting at the drive-through window and I don’t know what the heck it’s like they were all like doling around discombobulated disorganized you can tell when people have had no training.

Very slow. Got our food 20 mins after ordering while 4 uber eats orders came out while I stood and waited. Watched my eggs sit on griddle for 5 mins

Totally shady location - they charged me over $120 in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, without notice, for their Sip Club renewal. I signed up with them a year ago but the store employee never said they would automatically steal your money in a year WITH ZERO NOTICE OF THE RENEWAL. Total scam.
I called the restaurant to complain and they said I should take it up with my bank. So they don’t communicate they auto renew, they then take your money without notice, and then they refuse to help after they’ve stolen your money.
The manager at this location should be fired for this deceptive practice.

The black girl at the drive through was just plain rude . I had to ask her twice to speak up . I expected better service with a 10 dollar cup of soup - shame on you - hire someone who is friendly- based on your reviews you don’t care
Food was ok, I ordered the spicy steak asiago bagel stack, I don't understand the hype but it was whatever. But the service was phenomenal, Zach, the cashier, was amazing, one of the sweetest kid's I've met in a while, and the person who made my food, Ethan, was really helpful after I told him about my allergy to tomatoes. He changed gloves and washed his hands in front of me! Great service, ingredients could be better, and I'll make sure to visit again!

This place has sadly declined. The staff is still super friendly and the food is the same. But the store is just dirty... And the bathrooms are gross. Clean those up and this place would be great again.

Their tea/lemonade machines at the drink counter are disgusting 🤢 the buildup you can literally see and it tastes old. Why is it so hard for these to be cleaned like they are supposed to

This Panera is the definition of an average experience. The prices are quite high for what you get (e.g. the fruit cup is a prepackaged 4oz cup that costs 3.99) and the quality of the food is weak (the aforementioned fruit cup had some very sad looking/tasting fruit). Nevertheless, the restaurant was quiet and clean and the service was quick. They also have very few GF options.
