Went through the drive through and ordered a smoothie and half salad. The smoothie was barely blended and was just a big cup of ice with syrupy fake tasting fruit syrup. The salad had a thimble of dressing (3/4 empty) that barely cover the top of the salad so just a giant bowl of lettuce. And I don’t know what Panera has done to their chicken. It used to be baked and would shred apart like oven cooked real chicken. It’s now processed thick deli meat like you get at the grocery. Salad and Smoothie was $15.98. What a rip off!!!! Last time ever going to Panera. No wonder the companies about to go bankrupt. Workers were friendly though.

This location is always dirty and old coffee. Tables are always nasty w food on them, the coffee is never fresh and warm. Bathrooms are disgusting- I don't think they have a cleaning crew. For New Albany and it's high standards of area, This location is a disappointment. Management needs to fix this.

Panera is tasty, but a little overpriced. They have full service restaurant prices, but even if you sit down inside, it's not full service. They don't have a wait staff so you clean up after yourself.

I just left a minute ago, waited 30 minutes for my food, the pepperoni melt, they didn't call names for all the finished orders and there was a bag plopped on the counter with no label, sticker or anything saying what order it was and like most normal people, one doesn't want to grab and man handle someone else's food. After I approach a woman in a pink shirt wearing a headset asking her about it, she quickly looks in the bag and says "here it is" and before I can say anything about no one said names so I didn't know. She goes "it's fine" and walks off. I then look in the bag, the sandwich is barely wrapped closed with no sticker on it and I randomly have someone else's soup that I didn't pay for. So I gave the soup to another guy working and saying that I didn't order this. When I get in the car I look at this pepperoni mozzarella melt and there is almost NO mozzarella on it. Like I'm not even exaggerating. I basically have a warm baguette with pepperoni on it and that's it. I had to pry a few pepperoni's off to check to see if there were actually ANY bit of mozzarella on this thing. That's how bad this way. For how much Panera costs for a seemingly quicker meal, this bothers me. And I typically just go with the flow since I know how it is to work food service and when it gets busy. I was giving this location more leeway since I think it has a drive through and that has to be stressful but this? I mean come on man.

Extremely inconvenient that they refuse to give you your mobile orders at the drive up window, especially when it's raining and you have to bring your toddlers inside with you - that was the whole point of doing a mobile order! Ridiculous.
