Place was so clean and the food was SUPER YUMMY 😁

Pulled up to drive thru with nobody waiting in line. Was asked to hold on for a second but ended up waiting about 15 minutes before anyone said anything. After I got my food the chicken tenders were extremely thin. Not very good.

15 minutes waiting and when it's my turn they serve someone else

It is surprising how quickly this place has deteriorated.
The service is alarmingly bad, slow, and the store manager has no problem blasting his phone watching TikTok videos while you are eating/talking.
The chicken seems dryer than other locations.

Never been to Popeyes before. The food was okay. The guy working the register was hostile and unfriendly.. No napkins in the dining room at all and it was really gross/dirty.

Listen to the reviews. Our first time having Popeyes and it was horrible. For a $15 combo, you too can have cold food. The chicken was cold, the fries were cold and the biscuit was lukewarm. The lemonade was watered down. We parked and took the food back inside to ask for fresh food. They dropped new chicken in the fryer and continued giving the drive through the old cold chicken. The new meal we received had fresh chicken, a warm biscuit. But cold fries. Will never be back. Premium prices for gas station quality.

Don’t plan on getting your food at any decent time. Small portions and workers have zero motivation or facial expressions. But be prepared to wait for at least 45 mins just to not get your food. This place is a joke.

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! I was so excited knowing Popeyes was coming to my town. Since they’ve opened I’ve been nothing but disappointed. HOWEVER, last night, 18SEP24 between 8:30-9:00, I ordered the popcorn shrimp combo. Sticker shock $12!!!!!! The worst part, everything was overcooked. The popcorn shrimp (maybe about 12-14 pieces) was so overcooked I didn’t know if it was shrimp or not.. That experience really made it impossible for me to ever want to go back. Between all the food sizes shrinking, the prices ballooning, and the food always overcooked, this one has put the topper on it for me. This by far is the worst food I’ve had from Popeyes. My money is hard earned and I refuse to throw it away. Popeyes, I wish you could have done better. This is an insult to the brand.

If you like spicy everything it's probably for you I was hoping to have something normal on the menu.

Was told it would be 2 extra min for chicken and asked to park, 20min later was given my food with not sorry or explanation.

Went through drive thru, ordered the 12 PC spicy chicken only. I asked for legs in place of wings. Chicken was hot, so I had to let it cool off. I was in Johnstown by the time I could eat a piece and guess what? IT WASN'T SPICY!
Looked through box, no legs, 6 wings, 2 breast's, and 4 thighs. I was furious. To late to turn around and go back as I was headed to Mt Vernon. You would think you'd get better service at this location being in New Albany , but they are no better than the locations in Columbus!
