I’m writing this review because, as a customer, I feel things could be clearer. I usually come to Rooster for the chicken wrap, and when I place my order online it allows me to select two sauces, which are typically placed on the side for me.
Today, the online ordering wasn’t working for me, so I came in person. When I asked for the second sauce, I was charged $0.99. I explained that when I order online, I’m able to choose two sauces without an extra charge. I even pulled up the online order to show how it has always worked for me, with both sauces provided separately previously.
However, because of the attitude I received, it felt like this time things were handled differently. I got my food, this time the sauces where mixed and not separated. Best part of it was, I got home and the chicken was not cooked well and had some pink. I was not able to eat the food and throw it away and wasted my time and money. Consistency is important, especially for regular customers. Changing the rules from one day to the next makes it harder for me to feel good about returning.

I have been going Roosters weekly for years. Love the wings! Had a very unpleasant service experience at this location on the 23rd of October. Our server Ashauna was not friendly to me and my daughter the entire time. Very short taking our order. Even cutting me off mid sentence. Never asked how our food was. No refills for drinks. Obviously avoiding our table. At the same time laughing and making frequent stops to the tables around us. The final and deliberately rude gesture was putting the unclean check tray in the to-go box! I don't usually take time to complain about poor service but Ashauna made it very clear that she didn't want our table.

Not a good visit today .. sat in the bar and took almost 20 mins before someone even came to the table . The waitress forgot to bring a salad out . The 6 oz filet was not a 6 oz filet maybe 4 . The waitress was rushing us to pay when we were not even done eating . Who is managing this place ??? First few visits were great but what a disappointment today . We also went around 3 so it wasn’t even busy . Doubt we go back !

08/15/2025 - First time visiting this Roosters with family and friends. It was very busy and the wait was about 30 minutes. I ordered their seasonal Blue Margarita that was very savory. I also ordered my favorite pizza of theirs which is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza which is always delicious. Great service from the hosts and our server. Nice size outdoor patio that you may also dine at (weather permitting). Standard franchise Roosters decor. Spacious parking with tight parking (usually in the evening). Decent prices. Enjoy.

Food is fine. Pretty good wings for Columbus. Now the beer? If you want the flattest beer in Columbus, come here. Literally 0 bubbles. No carbonation in a beer makes me think there is more going on that I don't know. To neglect a beer fridge/keg is unacceptable and I will not be back.
