Saw they had zero orders so I figured I'd get a quick small French fry for my drive home. Wrong!! l stood waiting by the counter for over 20 minutes lol. They started working on orders that came in after mine as if they were punishing me for waiting at the counter while my fries sat there for 23 minutes!!
It would've been faster to drive to the other sheets and orders a small fry rather than wait here for that long. Terrible service.

Sheets in New Albany, Ohio, is a popular stop for many, especially after local high school football games. As a frequent visitor, I’ve noticed a concerning trend regarding how high school students are treated, particularly after games. After a Friday night football game, it’s common to see a crowd of excited students spilling into Sheets, eager to grab snacks, drinks, and a bite to eat. However, the atmosphere can quickly shift from celebration to disappointment based on how the staff interacts with these young customers. On multiple occasions, I've observed employees displaying a lack of patience and understanding toward the high school students. Instead of fostering a welcoming environment, some staff members have been dismissive, treating these young patrons with a level of disrespect that is unwarranted.
Many of these students are simply trying to enjoy the excitement of a game night. They come in groups, wearing their school colors, full of energy and enthusiasm. However, the reaction from some staff members can be discouraging. Rude comments and impatient service can turn what should be a fun experience into a disheartening one. It’s important to remember that these young individuals are part of the community, and they deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.
Moreover, the treatment of high school students can affect the overall atmosphere of Sheets. Instead of being a place where kids can celebrate their achievements or bond over a tough game, it sometimes feels unwelcoming, which is unfortunate. High school sports are an essential part of community life, and businesses like Sheets have the opportunity to support and uplift these students.
In summary, while Sheets in New Albany offers a convenient and varied menu, the treatment of high school students, particularly after football games, is a significant concern. Encouraging a more respectful and supportive environment for young patrons would not only enhance their experience but also contribute positively to the community. So we are currently 20 min past win the app told me my food was ready and still not done. I assume they are padding the food times to stay within company policy. My order wasn't a large order. 2 chilling dogs 1 bag fry 3 small mozzarella sticks. Order after order went past me this store is getting worse every stop.

I have been to many different Sheetz locations but the one at 9905 Johnstown Rd has the best workers there is. I just recently moved up to this area in early June and every time I’ve been in that store they have had the utmost respect and best customer service there is. A few weeks ago my 7 year old son & I went in to sheetz and we went in for the Oreo cupcakes that they keep towards the front and the guy that was working there ask us if we needed help because he could tell we were looking for something and I ask him if there were anymore Oreo cupcakes in the back and he told me he’s not sure but will check, this man came back out about 5-10 mins later and had a birthday cake cupcake and said I know u said he liked the Oreo ones but there isn’t any but I went ahead and brought the one that I found just in case he wanted it. My son wasn’t super happy they didn’t have the Oreo kind but he was grateful they had some kind of cupcake. Fast forward to tonight my son and I went back to the sheetz and we are looking around and as we were looking around I heard someone say “aren’t tall the ones that wanted the Oreo cupcakes from a few weeks ago”? I turned around and said “yes we are actually”, he then told me he was so glad we came in because they just got the Oreo cupcakes in yesterday and he remembered how much my son wanted a Oreo cupcake. There isn’t to many things that excite my son but for this gentleman to remember that and really go above and beyond that was so cool. I wanted to make a compliment card or make an review at the store but they don’t have such thing. I hope the right person/manager etc sees this and I hope u see how special of a employee u have. Thank u so much Rob from both my son & I.
I just ordered doordash from here and they gave me a FROZEN soft pretzel! Wasn’t even cooked. Disgusting

Thought Sheetz's food would be like any other gas station food, BUT 3rd shift employees do a great JOB! I'll speak up for THIS location! The night manager is always polite and the food has been piping hot/fresh each time I've gone through the drive thru. NO COMPLAINTS!

Prices are good but last 2 times getting gas and there is so fluid to wash your windshield and no paper in the gas pump for a receipt.
